my friend's son, he is a fourth-year  university  student. He said the car's price will be $3-4000 cheaper after July every year(I mean the price of new cars)

你说的没错，就是时间点是不是JULY,每年新开发车型出来，老车型就肯定要降价，不然就一直库存了
