时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

2 |$ A$ G/ v8 _% v: p+ c5 j7 f3 d% O: kThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for
" r q! M. \- J* @7 l. u4 F# lbecoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

9 p `/ J9 J. p \; k' R) j! xTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials8 |' H0 ` N% ]7 \8 Q" n
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different6 v- K6 P& }9 d' V4 A* b. `
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.
