EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。

时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for. a" f9 q& O# r* u# S2 Q3 ]7 T2 p
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.4 V2 p6 [( s9 y* Z7 N' R

Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
' q! U- g7 ^1 _/ Fof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different- L1 x, P! M1 m) [8 Z+ r" r
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.
