时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。; q: d5 e# E( r7 N

This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for% B2 d5 _: l8 h6 |& ?
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.( k6 _# ]7 l! u9 e( Z! ]
8 Y- Q* L3 z+ @1 `* K2 h$ H. g& T# UTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
& N3 d1 g9 k% U- A% h7 A0 rof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different6 Y* E; q; N" A9 p. R/ D
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.' R7 b" @! R9 G9 a# t# G/ o" S8 {

Certified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
