时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

. R. q- y% P) h' K7 q5 m% g! ?) }This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for7 m# B% F* C9 b+ [) ^
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

6 J* |' F2 @+ `" ~9 L+ WTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials: l c. n* X+ {+ N |! O- f
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different0 h3 Z, X+ g5 q5 |
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.
