时间：上午9点至12点理论培训，下午1点至4点实习。 L2 A0 X; Z, d

Description:
2 U9 z6 X# H/ |6 F7 `This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for8 z) D n4 D+ p# L) S7 Y9 L5 c
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.1 C3 b- N: _ S
4 f- k7 u/ @. C7 K# S' Y: l* Q+ ITrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
4 J" i6 o% @4 t9 {0 H0 S1 pof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different- A7 n/ W3 R3 S
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.# C- T: k( C( v) P1 K

Certified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
