EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。3 |) }9 t6 `* _. v& x& x3 j
- P [5 \1 ?; E, E6 C6 B+ m0 `9 A时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

Description:
( |+ V. ]6 X [2 ~" QThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for8 G8 z8 H3 O: \' h$ B8 b
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
$ [9 F2 f# C# J1 z- v- E9 Nof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different5 N: `5 n- B4 c2 J/ X0 ]
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.! A# M. O# R+ s: `" M8 e
9 A' V' s0 U5 x! R$ W: ?2 CCertified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
