时间：上午9点至12点理论培训，下午1点至4点实习。

This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for6 q, L% ]9 J8 b( u$ A6 P
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.1 S- H9 P0 X. C
% m% F* [% q4 p5 x; b S# oTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
1 n; S8 Q( o; I( Iof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different1 b) t( s* s9 E7 c
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.# }, ?& x6 w: s/ P: C9 y5 K) W
% K: W2 a( }% T. w+ LCertified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
