EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。# b4 ]; u& r7 ?/ m' h7 q

时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

5 w& P/ U* I5 `4 ZThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for
% h. K9 B7 W0 @) @, Z1 v6 e1 U/ x4 _7 mbecoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

' L: z; m9 f$ l2 b- `' u( rTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials2 e, r( R( [0 q2 \4 L O: A5 o7 Q& L
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different
