Description:. I+ n! Z; i3 G! `
This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for! ]. H! N% ~ \8 e' ~
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

+ {: ]! G/ `2 e2 t" r$ V0 H/ HTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials9 ~( R% P: T7 _: v. i
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different
/ N3 C1 Z6 x; R' I) s; W D( \7 hcertified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.
