EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association，就是我们加入的那个协会）在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。

时间：上午9点至12点理论培训，下午1点至4点实习。' J" J! M& B1 w' T

Description:: J$ K6 _' ~5 P
This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for
0 H. R O" b- Y& Kbecoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

* E. a u: ^& g8 J& L( ?Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
2 x( K4 @, O; }' ?% y. Iof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different/ i3 Z3 \- G) d7 H. q( f
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.+ ]9 n6 W( J8 Y
: s4 N: Y/ c, P7 Y& B4 OCertified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
