时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。$ v- W( e. j, i/ U

* D' W+ F+ C e0 ~This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for
# M; S9 ^: U+ ^& F* I' ibecoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.- U! L6 K; `+ }5 `
$ Y" a; f* r0 m \/ a% O8 f0 }, BTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
" k1 r v2 Q6 }of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different+ q/ j4 h$ o9 W( _( v
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.

Certified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
