The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (Feb. 17 - 22). ) X+ R; J R: p8 f& @3 S/ }

6 N0 U0 `" X! p/ Q/ THere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price." q ], G3 o0 f$ j% J. Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)0 J# s6 A, I2 @# U! m ?7 L( J! B
! {9 n2 P# ]0 R8 ]= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.) ) W1 Y. C: O- B6 R Q2 z

- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
