我不同意,我觉得vulnerable虽然在身体上和精神上都可以,但是是说容易受攻击被伤害。比如一个母亲带着孩子上街遇到坏人,这个母亲就很vulnerable, 但是母亲本身在精神上可能很坚强。而脆弱是说一个精神上很不坚强 ...

So when we say someone is fragile, it most likely than not means this person is not physically strong, very close to delicate. But I heard some people use it for the meaning you mentioned, but on kids. Therefore, personally I will still choose 'vunerable' and yes, it refers to both but both fit. |
