let it sit there for a about 30 minutes.

: F& Z% `. |1 n& v/ a( splace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. % K' D# R) V) ^1 J" \9 i6 g
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
# x) M2 U7 u$ K! H1 @then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
