let it sit there for a about 30 minutes.

place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. ( ~ w: [4 u* v) c/ n6 q
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
. ^# {4 G% K$ i' Tthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
