how to cook steak

It is very easy!
/ M# R1 i" a+ v0 I) D2 n. a4 l- u# lshake some salt over the steak on both sides.
) n& j1 W7 w8 B5 N- b) u5 Slet it sit there for a about 30 minutes.
put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.
place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.
! a7 }) Q3 i8 q+ z8 ]then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
1 g( J5 {2 A2 C+ Z8 ?then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
0 l! O4 F8 a9 @: L1 I, Y  LIf you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
