# Canceled, withdrawn and terminated listings: 53 (82)

5 c9 r7 p4 u; `; lActive listings for single family homes: 2625 (2584)
; o' X: N& V8 G% WActive listings for condos: 1928 (1817)

" n6 }0 P9 y7 A( b  y7 oJust like last week, lots of new listings this week, but the inventory hasn't jumped as much as I thought it might. I still expect to see more listings coming online in the next few weeks, still at a faster pace than sales. Have a great weekend everyone!
