Net loss/gain in listings this week: 169 (174)

Active listings for condos: 1928 (1817)

: t& k* }1 I. ^# d$ A3 jJust like last week, lots of new listings this week, but the inventory hasn't jumped as much as I thought it might. I still expect to see more listings coming online in the next few weeks, still at a faster pace than sales. Have a great weekend everyone!
