$ d; R* t  Y4 i0 i) |. M7 u•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
! G8 I/ q& U* W, w* F- _  G•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
# N1 B  ]  }* b+ e& [& u•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
2 L, W3 M) Y$ y5 {7 B•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.
9 K/ G% l9 G4 D7 M  L2 d•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
' A7 A0 d4 ?8 J8 S! P$ C8 z•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
2 \# q1 l7 [) v/ ?•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
3 a. U) y* u/ i' H  w•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
) `* c. J1 i5 T5 a•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
& J. U% q8 R+ |•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
