Job Description
8 ~- G: c. h/ ]. L( z& d6 A- promote ISP and other programs and services to community organizations, businesses, educational institutions, etc. by in-person presentations, phone or sending relevant information
% a, O" L1 C( s- contact with various media: i.e. newspaper, radio, website and newsletter etc.
1 ]7 N9 \6 y. o- update and develop brochures, pamphlets, information packages and newsletter etc.3 H! W5 W F* N2 \' E) Y' g
- promote, organize and coordinate activities for Newcomers Club as well as recruit and maintain new members for the Club.
4 s/ G" s$ [ j0 d% _% Q: X- ISP report writing, data collection, evaluations conduct and budget management.+ Q. B0 o/ ?" X& P1 Y' s
- assist with volunteer recruitment and other business and services as needed and assigned.

Qualifications:
" t: J Z" `$ `8 l! o! b- I- post-secondary degree/diploma in social work/human services and eligibility to be registered to area of discipline K1 P8 w, O7 `
- relevant experience with community work! q) b- i1 N6 G. T5 G1 a
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset

Position Title: Receptionist/Immigration Services Worker (Full time: 35 hours per week)3 J; O' \! K) i5 M! q+ d0 l

- answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.

- report to the program manager and provide clerical support to all members of the ISP team/ _3 Q, S2 m: O7 o/ e( M
" d6 f' V8 W$ E5 r/ D. z8 n! fQualifications:2 N" s; l2 w+ C7 r
- post secondary diploma
u1 I: \% K; F- customer service and office clerical experiences+ O% t2 v% [) Z& ]9 f# U
