Position Title: Outreach Worker (Full time: 35 hours per week)

Job Description
4 q% }* ?3 _% C1 M" W- promote ISP and other programs and services to community organizations, businesses, educational institutions, etc. by in-person presentations, phone or sending relevant information) \1 e" ]; C ~/ Z9 o
- contact with various media: i.e. newspaper, radio, website and newsletter etc.
& B' J8 H; s s d; u$ d$ O- @) E3 s- update and develop brochures, pamphlets, information packages and newsletter etc.# a0 `& F8 j$ z7 K
- promote, organize and coordinate activities for Newcomers Club as well as recruit and maintain new members for the Club.
( ]" k8 Z. l: o8 S9 J3 W3 d- ISP report writing, data collection, evaluations conduct and budget management.6 V' K5 n& q7 r' |2 k8 s6 |
- assist with volunteer recruitment and other business and services as needed and assigned.

Qualifications:8 h0 k$ g/ N" D$ Q Y
- post-secondary degree/diploma in social work/human services and eligibility to be registered to area of discipline

- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset0 R$ T! u8 |1 G* |

Position Title: Receptionist/Immigration Services Worker (Full time: 35 hours per week)1 i. a- n4 V- y5 K8 B
前台/移民服務員: i* t* K: f- V& V8 U8 [9 i1 ^1 e% H
Job Description
9 R; Z8 z% n' c7 P8 }$ J- answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
4 l3 Y) `- B- A, x0 N- assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
/ e6 ?! N7 O5 `. L- report to the program manager and provide clerical support to all members of the ISP team

: T& F3 D# C- Z# B+ z- post secondary diploma & x$ ~" ^# b6 l# ?0 X, z1 q. [
- customer service and office clerical experiences
