- @+ Z. q; E2 ?# [1 U: H+ A9 BI have a friend who was applying for University of Toronto for a Master degree study. he told a professor there that he had Master degree (same field) in China. then the professor responded him that it did no make any sense to study there for a master degree if you already had one. So he was rejected.
