Please note when "could" is used, the verb after it should be in its original form. So please say " I could never forget...."
Also, here "how come" is not correctly used. You probable wanted to say " how could I ever forget...."
The translation for HuoGuo is "hotpot", though I like your idea the sound translation.
4 n9 P; ^3 `8 @. o  p  I6 QI still suspect your don't speak English. You need more practice in family life.(Please also note, here I used suspect, not doubt!)
