Interview 1: by manager and technical leader) U5 W2 d5 N, u; Z8 q% A/ ^8 ~
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.
- \9 a# A4 G! r-Other questions:
+ o6 Y! E, X+ ^8 MManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).
, G* ~& m; V' H+ e2 K5 p1 p" l3 k5 ^6 X. L- l5 x8 g# u0 o- l
Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.' n: p6 N/ D0 d- X

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.) T) B& l# t, U, u2 G7 ?
/ d; M1 P. y5 T# ~7 u: y' G5 S# SHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

! _* @0 n& [& J7 d5 ^% ?HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.7 `' d6 j+ R- [: n$ i

One hour later, I got a reject email!

PS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
