Interview 1: by manager and technical leader# `7 [ q8 u: a4 r, P: ]$ ~1 u7 R0 f
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.3 A! z7 s+ i4 p9 `3 V1 g. C
-Other questions:
4 } D1 S5 J) j! `, }Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).8 ?6 U- J; I7 N$ n. f9 m: q' a: A) ?

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

: M: ^1 [( q2 ~! _! Q9 C! vThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

8 F2 u5 c ?1 d- mOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.9 `3 [. l- R6 {$ p4 X. M) u

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.6 V0 f/ C0 ~2 s$ J3 e
" ]7 p- r2 O" iHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

5 a- b- H! p) O+ ]& b) U4 v! bHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.0 w9 z2 [1 }" M- v" T/ n; F1 ]

PS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
