Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
6 h2 ~) O: a+ A0 j1 m) I5 B-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.# j9 S' z# d' M
-Other questions:
+ ~: ~1 w- D3 Y9 J# UManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).: [1 R2 g4 U1 e6 O4 ^5 s

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

# e9 R* v, d+ V3 Y l/ W6 hThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

5 K0 U4 Z3 H, L8 A* ~" C$ U9 UOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

( X9 e N& k% o7 ^5 n/ _ ?HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.! D, D4 q* X5 L9 ^$ y. Z( j' D

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!
