BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.# z* A! f$ s9 j( c" _

% G, r) Y) _+ V: `$ b-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.
9 B) g7 F m: m4 G4 u-Other questions:
2 F9 u$ d. l! ^; D2 a* ^% xManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

& _0 k* R# s& kFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.( s3 r( [5 S( I6 e; E# ^3 w

9 x! c5 g8 m8 e, g& W& s% H! qThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.# H* a% m. k6 P3 u T

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.% a$ U3 A! N. S

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company." a& d. w3 A3 w2 U
; B+ _- N& s1 p8 @* SHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

; v6 G) |! I( g! q0 z8 [- p A3 OHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!8 G6 u- r5 s9 m. M

7 I( A: m) H9 M6 APS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
