请问一下关于小孩坐car seat的要求。

老杨团队，追求完美；客户至上，服务到位！
我家老大现在体重近35磅，快1米高了,坐在他原来那个car seat觉得小，准备给他换了。我就想，其实这孩子坐car seat到底有何规定呢？谢谢大家啊。
