作法
1.鱼片用盐,胡椒粉,料酒,太白粉略腌
5 i7 y# ~" N: A6 I2.将一粒红葱头切片,其余葱头,蒜瓣,胡椒粒,虾酱一起捣成泥(想吃较辣的,可加小辣椒一起捣)
V- w% q' P$ g' j" f% u3.用少许油爆香红葱头片;加清水或高汤煮滚.
2 C" O! W5 u4 H1 u: ]4.放入捣成泥的酱料搅匀,再加柠檬叶,南姜,小辣椒,番茄,香茅等煮出香味,(约5-8分钟( Q) ~: E# b" m R4 P( ]8 ~( u; w0 q
),加草菇与海鲜料,油豆腐煮熟.再加豆芽,芫荽等(总之这时把全部的食材都放下去,就得)
7 H) P2 W* I- m, M, J$ }5.最后加盐,柠檬汁,鱼露调味,起锅.(最好关掉火后,盖几分钟以入味): w5 G2 T$ H4 S. t4 h+ p
