Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
/ E( A9 ^) @& @$ t9 B( Mand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
+ y- |/ `2 ^5 ~" R( H! jAlso bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
* F  j" V( m  w( I) N8 j. JDon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
) Q) q8 M' {9 f/ FI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
