Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
( M3 B2 a1 H4 b+ {and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
