* K! Y2 ?! \' R, y  欢乐吉祥的新年晚会在此招集演员~ 我们的晚会,自己的乐园。在这里，烦恼忧
. a0 z1 ^5 {# z. E$ _/ ?% B  愁都与我们无关，舞姿歌声都发自我们心底。不需要专业的培训，也没有华丽
  的装饰，却可以尽情秀出自己的风采、个性、特点。我们靠的是一份热情，凭
  的是一份执着，要的是你的参与，盼望的是你的捧场。
  
节目的内容不限，可以是独唱、合唱、舞蹈、相声、小品、话剧，或是一些才
  艺表演（如钢琴演奏等）。另征:晚会主持人.晚会VOLUNTEER若干名.灯光,音

0 j6 f( z( p1 tThe Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) at the University
of Alberta will be holding a Spring Festival Evening Party around the
eve of Chinese lunar New Year to add the diverse community Chinese
cultural activities. This event is not only a reminder of food, fun and
5 E0 e( H% @: @& M. Y) W' A customs, but also a very good opportunity to wipe out our homesickness on
: F- ?: ?* Q) \+ D" r; |# M0 h this broad land.

We encourage students and scholars who are interested in performance to
contribute to the evening party by showcasing your abilities and
  R/ J, X* P/ } talents. Although we have no luxurious dressings and professional skills in
, O( ^. j. A9 h, ?; ` performing arts, the most critical point we have is our passion to show
7 v( w# m- u7 C" W2 D ourselves such as any topic related to our life and studies in
: V! v3 g8 Z1 |' {1 l' a. O; @! m+ h3 E Edmonton. Please come and join us to fill up the party. It’s going to be a
- X  a4 x0 m2 D! B6 k5 q# y lot of fun, like what we did before.
# M' @4 C  w2 @8 G' Q
9 o  W! @  q. v# hAs far as your prospective programs are concerned, they can be songs
sung by a single singer or multiple singers, song and dance (Ge Wu),
1 q  F. r, _9 X stand-up comedy (Xiang Sheng), skits (Xiao Pin), drama (Hua Ju) or any
performance with instruments (e.g., piano). It would be great if your
; z# Y5 l! c2 i$ S2 P; ^ program could reflect our society. If you have a play for skits, stand-up
0 y* C- R' w8 P; z: ` comedy or drama to present, please contact CSSA for performance since
CSSA executives want to have a show collectively.

Meanwhile, a host is needed for the evening party. Volunteers are also
on demand to work on the stage to assist lighting and audio system
% J2 s7 a% I9 M" ` control.
