这个区不错。同样的新房，估计在Builder那儿新建要65万以上，建好还得等1年多。有条件的同学可以看看。

) m( n$ d# A5 G* e6 P3 ]2 cI recognize the layout of this house. It's called "New Castle", built by Mac & Mitch. You can choose the same spec home from the builder for $520k as of now. Why buy it from a flipper for $600k?

大多数builder,实木地板都属于upgrade的。

Can't you read English? I have stated the builder already.

The base model is $520k. This one is an expanded version (mostly extra room on the garage) of  the NewCastle model. You can contact the builder and ask for a quote, if you are really interested.

9 u3 e9 X: F0 t5 @8 c5 rI have already stated that, in the same area, $520k can buy you a base model with about 470 sq meter lot. A larger lot, such as this one, would cost $20k more, and choosing the extension would cost another $20k~$40k.

( F* o& r1 b9 K$ E3 d# A  x+ A" zI just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.

529.2 平米 的 Lot Size上 建了 2419 尺 的房子，估计没什么院子了吧。

. x( S: B: }& v3 j9 m' \对新房子来说，5700sqft的lot也不算小啦。要想lot大，就只能买旧房了。
