! x% n0 g* I8 R) `! YJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

$ x( I* ^& e( {/ X5 _( w DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 w& o- l3 V) _) O1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
" c5 u4 D9 F8 p$ a
2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

# I1 N- F% b* t! u3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

! x  h- H/ P- ]7 \8 ]  X4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

& O+ W; w  `- j4 D
7 L% b- R- Y  l' @2 T1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
1 j! v# O" G2 B' C/ _) O8 f0 s* Y
2) Cashier experience.
9 |, |: G7 `1 r1 \- N" Z
) A: |! u9 i, f2 M3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
