a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

1 f6 h1 W  {$ x5 ~0 s. Wc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

* N9 G( t& a# y* ~5 eenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

9 m& l$ s( D2 A# r8 H(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
# [* F6 f) f3 u( x  o(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
; [9 G4 o! ?' v(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
