a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

$ p3 o: R$ |* MPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
- R2 y( Y- T9 s" ^6 land circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
( g, f  i, a$ l8 U& I8 SPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
/ [/ E0 ?  P. A, A) u8 k, V: Aintegrated system/circuit design.

! b, p3 e  _+ C/ E8 aThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
) L4 R- l$ Q' L# e(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
