c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
( J3 s) k3 |5 S& T# Rd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

% Y. A1 C9 ]( p" [1 O& nPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
- K0 I4 X$ [) |% W7 ]" u0 X- ^% oenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
6 F9 C8 B0 K7 y6 S& ~Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

) i$ Y+ R: g6 G- \* d; CThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
3 a1 _$ v! {. l( T0 {) ](a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).

(e) A good team work player.
