a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
: ^- B- O8 V+ F5 e+ P/ Q$ A4 i# [. {9 Iand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
' y  h  O1 d4 l* `8 o: u9 vPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
% m" J5 @. \0 a; p. n* N% B4 B, wintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
1 b- W( X! S: e& G% @( Z(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
( e" ^. _" W* \+ H+ l(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
