c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
; ]( Y0 q% \% X3 eenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
! X: h& T+ \6 m4 ]( D+ UPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
* i; [& T8 Q+ [& }. C- hintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
. h  v! }3 B3 t: E% l! a(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
' A2 j+ b+ V& H5 w) E: ?) \1 w3 v(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
( n8 G) ^1 }# g0 q(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.

Interested and highly motivated candidates are welcomed to apply. Tuition will be
fully waived and a competitive stipend will be offered. Please send a complete
