申请者应满足如下条件:

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

1 U# j7 L% v1 x3 FPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
2 U" a2 b/ c" L) r, |. f) pPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
& K- x, E5 H) \integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
& G4 A" Y( o1 E, }(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
  `) z7 K7 O( O* `$ Q4 j% y(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
9 x' ]% V' ~& m9 Y8 Y; ]1 n7 e$ k(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
