申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
) u2 j# W! p& l& d, y+ w  ^- Y; B/ ?1 Z/ ic) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
5 t+ f# c" I1 @d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

  ]( e3 E5 V) D! X& U9 s  QPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
0 P7 S' e, U4 N0 t5 [% ~enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
; c: Q& z% \, k7 |* c7 pPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
; {7 E  Y! R+ m1 B' pintegrated system/circuit design.

* D5 d' W$ @7 t# sThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
- o' P$ a8 |% d. C1 L: q( a3 ~(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
! n( K/ s) b0 m& e* v: n" r% Q; k(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
3 J, [' c2 t, \# m! Q(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
