a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
3 o/ T) i  k) M& U# V' ic) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
  Q& B4 O( ^4 [- k" z$ s/ R5 Kd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
+ i' @0 h5 Y: Penthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
$ [" H$ d) ]+ ~3 _8 |Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
: z" ?2 b$ ], s* G- Pintegrated system/circuit design.

% |/ o! y4 [% ?2 x; ?The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
2 o5 A5 V# [' ]0 q6 {! o(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
8 [1 ?0 h# b5 _2 r4 ]$ `, ?8 P(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
