a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
& A- w# Q  b9 Q; R' ]enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
! a) N! k' G  u: land circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
. R" b. \9 c3 ^" ]8 o, {1 C) HPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

+ w. k9 I3 ^  F1 C3 y( i3 u+ QThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
! ^% u/ Q5 Y3 c. i' R(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
