Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
* W5 W5 w7 Z4 D; }8 l3 yand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
9 B% P0 b# o" ]( g& h+ h3 |0 W' f+ wPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
+ H1 t. S( d/ G8 x0 I' Pintegrated system/circuit design.

2 c$ B) Y+ g4 c6 q* a0 O' PThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
4 h" A( o4 N; w(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
7 z9 g/ H% r* a! `6 y( O(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
& Z( U9 _+ M9 O5 l" E(e) A good team work player.
