申请者应满足如下条件:
# E( p9 v# i! n! q  T) [a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
1 V  R4 z5 l5 c. b( h" @' W/ db) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
* g' C, y( ^: P, _( p4 t; ~and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital

$ @9 D1 J/ Z3 V0 y# {' UThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
" t9 L% \/ h7 ^; B* ?& C& l5 ~(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
- W2 c+ q/ A% P! J8 v: @; K(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
