a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
8 t3 H' c& h. W, |) land circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
% B- S* s% x! n/ b4 j- ^Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
, Y. s: q+ w7 s) Z(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
6 J# y4 Y% U) ?- j8 s1 c(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
