Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:

(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.0 a S7 q8 g( p7 C, i
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).6 B8 ^3 ~8 N' m5 v8 s+ l
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.9 T. R1 B# k. b0 U5 d- G4 y: x& a
(e) A good team work player.
