申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
* y8 U) O+ P# j& j, T- }d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

- C- `" U/ H* [! S6 ~1 sPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
5 X; k5 t+ e2 ]: fPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
- K, B7 c; d% Z0 k# `& C+ fintegrated system/circuit design.

% o- d3 ]" J: n( r  C% x' aThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
  |( e! s  R3 f& m, s(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
+ T; B) G" s. W(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
$ _8 I  X) T# K+ u" k4 l0 {(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
