c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

. t' i. Z, Q, d2 P: K) yPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
+ z5 A5 R4 e. `4 Z, T5 I" R! Qand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
$ N0 g) N/ y0 j0 N8 }$ c3 V# Fintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
4 j" t. u5 Z5 A( g  T  O( x(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
2 r8 \8 M3 S" F(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
