a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

7 u0 L9 ?1 K5 ic) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

% n, [) O* g/ x" ^" X3 zPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
( u- H$ P/ q# J! h2 j- u# Q, yenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
, U+ Q7 Q9 I7 N* W% e$ o" GPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
+ V1 j- p* D+ Y* t; X! p
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
1 Q9 C& g! C  @% c* q(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
0 z5 ?% S  ?2 ?) q# s9 H(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
, y3 m( r1 R- ^* \* i* w(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
