a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

! n' c# a& p- H2 a, X4 w& vand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
+ ], o# l1 F  e  i/ z* X' t+ h" vPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
  E4 T" w8 P, I: v1 jintegrated system/circuit design.

0 j4 @3 M5 _: WThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
8 u& `* w* ?0 V0 O, U(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
