申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
1 G0 D1 C( _4 c2 L0 I- k3 Cb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
* [+ Q% ^/ o( j8 Ed) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

8 W. w9 ^4 E, g8 Aand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
. j& X0 U3 B3 D/ ~& {Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital

(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
! g8 `5 s# f. ?9 ^(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
3 a. @( ]2 n  L( c% t; \  o4 ~(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
; Z: d/ ]- y% f4 N(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
