申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
. y- o+ }0 S3 l% k$ Nand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
$ W. a# i6 A0 J# R! SPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
. @0 _4 G4 J7 J$ D(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
. K1 _* {$ ~* h, x% g(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
