c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
* h* n9 \- o; C3 k( \% R2 ^& ^6 ~Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
  i% f5 z) v6 d7 ^integrated system/circuit design.

7 G7 W/ c$ a5 ^8 DThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
  a1 }# ^; F# g' v(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
/ O6 S; ^( m9 N0 A% S" }1 Z2 S(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
+ v# V6 Q% U& f  }* i$ t* N2 B(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
+ g, h' a9 r& e$ h9 K- o/ I7 }( }(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
