申请者应满足如下条件:
: R, @- H* ~" [1 b8 l  o- Fa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
, i( d  s6 e' C2 r  Yand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
5 s4 `6 z' R( u  x, XPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
; ]9 F5 ~% t' S) e6 G, Zintegrated system/circuit design.

, T* }& k4 M0 V; n: [2 Y% ~The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
, g5 j, b$ O; o- i5 w& H(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
2 p* u: w( ^5 Q' {0 B  k(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
0 {9 p: ~; ~' @- C4 M+ l(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
' R7 {( R( g2 t% x# |% x(e) A good team work player.
