a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
) N( F, L3 {8 j( B  f- genthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
7 w4 r" Q% m* @0 yPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
$ Z6 A% Z8 a0 N' a' Yintegrated system/circuit design.

$ \& w! K- n+ [( v, PThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
  U* C9 v+ U3 [( z% c- Y(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
3 F2 A# Y( v) X( A5 Z/ a! f! A. c(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
