a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

- F7 ^1 Q2 E8 s8 cPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
0 o% w( Z) X( f8 E9 y' Menthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
( H# F* }% o7 C# L% }Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
3 g0 a( F1 S- ?* r" l/ |" lintegrated system/circuit design.
! F" K! u- r# m: w
2 Q" F5 `* I! vThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
, @3 H+ h' \7 o7 \# g(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
