/ ^% ^. d/ t6 G8 za) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
( I! N8 y5 k3 F- J6 F& u" Bc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

# y, M: T. d/ N) P* TPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
; K5 w. y" X( y2 F& o$ ?Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
+ s) j9 N& a: v0 O; ?integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
1 Q5 A1 j8 d# k8 r(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
0 x  H% X; }: k/ A6 }6 r. J! @5 C! k(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
