申请者应满足如下条件:
/ @8 X: g9 ^/ L9 s6 ]' Xa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
# l( L2 s# c% n) Tc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
  M  I5 Z1 y9 J0 Lenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
( G2 d" [# F5 r' K! S' @2 cand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
  ]8 M: V3 d  D! Iintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
# B2 {! x& K' @. K; y1 a(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
3 \: o# M" H+ o6 R3 l$ p$ U8 K. R(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
) h" u# o# [" O(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
