2 }1 o7 }4 I; ]5 }- H5 P* {a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
  K5 L  h4 S' dd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
7 ]  ^; n: V# a" E) o1 Q+ Tand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
& {7 q1 F5 j0 w2 S* G" gintegrated system/circuit design.

" A& y# ]! S; i( L4 C1 o- [% H+ a1 yThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
; n7 J, v% j, m: Q; _) [( N(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
. u0 Q5 q  `- s/ z(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
; j4 a/ l  P5 s- B(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
