a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

& k$ `: D% t1 }" ~2 k3 uPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
" e) y$ m& |; }! i8 P) ?* Lenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
/ D& l1 u: C+ d3 Y) Z; jintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
( F$ m: p  j' i9 x) y2 f(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
% ^" g  k) }  f(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
