研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

申请者应满足如下条件:
$ E" s& L, T3 y2 I- d" N+ ra) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
5 x1 W9 s( Q9 Fd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
# R; i, i4 P% S! ]3 a4 ~+ Uenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
2 `; y: g; c% y4 ~8 _and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
' T4 Z9 _7 s8 W% N2 k9 Qintegrated system/circuit design.

! a9 G; k. `4 M  p, z  w" Y1 EThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
% T3 s4 }7 v; {: k(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
" n3 U3 y- ^/ o" ?' t(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
5 C4 Z, w" b7 p(e) A good team work player.
