a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
0 P1 x7 x0 V$ X4 rc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
* o) e: p% r9 K" Y% @* Xd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

; R% D9 i+ q1 M1 l+ QPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
- B, u$ i: e% _& UPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

% F8 B7 J4 h# u/ QThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
3 T" |; }6 q; L4 K0 h; Z9 A% T(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
% `# m( e% l* Y, }" D3 D4 @. d( R(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
