申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
) [# ?- [9 P" }1 d5 nd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
; D) e6 ^( |7 f3 {8 ~5 ^. ^enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
9 h# ?/ p( T# l, z0 r  land circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
/ P( C9 r' ^$ f, U$ mPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
' v5 \+ ^" I1 \# u9 y6 S(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
* [. Y+ W( ~+ W  W" y" i, ](b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
