申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

* ]) R+ t0 K- H/ m) o, Sc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
- Z6 F. J9 V& H! J  Tand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
" w# I7 @- d: f( I. Q, P" vPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
  f* b: L, w: q; n2 `  v3 lintegrated system/circuit design.

) \# k: q( @  `7 w3 X5 PThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
7 [0 E! i/ z0 H% q6 a' P3 [6 `(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
% M4 z" P0 R: y(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
6 M9 I% Z* U( Y! S; L8 h(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
