研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

申请者应满足如下条件:
6 ~3 Y& W; P6 D  va) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
4 o4 Q3 j; |' Y$ j) k5 {+ qc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
, ^' u& N& K  W. Qand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

  X8 _- \9 y4 Q5 D' A* I& a(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
) }, B7 N; q0 T; ?8 t(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
1 b9 b0 u! B1 V* @(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
