a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
) s9 R; L2 c4 I$ \& A" D8 land circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
% K( z; O5 a0 P( N, ?Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
. Z: l2 P+ O3 l0 I  r1 Z; p  Pintegrated system/circuit design.

9 D* }5 U. m0 {! k  J2 QThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
7 C+ `  ]* Q8 t/ B$ ~(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
, c; X3 ^* A# ?(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
5 F3 w* e+ n9 p+ b(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
