申请者应满足如下条件:
# _- j( b6 Q9 N' n# v/ Za) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
$ C( j( u* c7 \% C, y8 ~b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
7 w2 m( t0 e1 X. Nc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

6 [; L. E' a/ w9 ?& H$ N8 ZPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
( g5 {5 C% M9 B2 `0 gPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
% ?  e8 W/ S) I$ {integrated system/circuit design.

" c$ P7 N- O4 i9 z) ]The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
2 k, A, e6 v4 O5 p) @3 |' u2 J(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
/ E' A. h$ b2 b' G. c(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
- Y! S. u# y" A(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
