研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
) f+ i1 _8 c- C, a# j" Henthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
3 ~0 N) d  T& G* Mand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
/ A4 m3 u3 j, I' p& }. {% r3 \7 }& Ointegrated system/circuit design.

. s- \& ]& d5 S8 n( G% iThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
. ]" D% v- b: V) i5 J(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
8 c' e# K# t& z  r4 y6 h3 M% v  M, U(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
, Q% f2 t+ C& k. }(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
