a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
1 L" B, p4 b* D% Yc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
1 a+ R$ A1 b8 C, P5 Td) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
' p/ C9 G0 M4 K, G0 T( @! D' penthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
' T) y; f0 q) I: E/ @+ B/ ?. Oand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

5 i/ V& f& `! ~. h4 q% x0 I(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
1 ^# |, C( w7 ?, j4 a: J(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
# W0 Y2 K- r8 S$ X# o(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
