(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.; X( W& K4 H; B' R
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.4 d$ G j* U5 H. g, q
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).' E$ X, |- T8 x! S
