a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
' f! ^4 d& A" }( `5 ^! ^d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

1 D4 `2 U6 K4 y/ M4 D* m  L& vPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
1 X( [1 e: P3 F, [5 N0 |6 `2 D1 m+ penthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
& Z2 g& |; v1 o8 N, aand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
' r- m4 b8 m) X1 r3 S$ UPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
8 u% ~; P/ U( mintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
) R, X1 K, ]- W$ f+ ?0 E(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
9 U1 Y+ s9 `! q  Q: q6 W8 v2 r(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
" c1 ?7 Z) [& k5 n2 x8 n; q! g(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
/ c$ m! V7 i- D$ t$ U; j(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
+ m2 D8 u1 @0 \1 A7 Z! u6 _9 u(e) A good team work player.
