申请者应满足如下条件:
1 T! a8 [; T4 O+ Ja) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
$ x8 _9 I( J* ub) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
  M; n# e; R( Y, _c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
9 q: r/ z  Y- O) d) h/ kd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
0 n: s8 f9 c* f: N2 Aintegrated system/circuit design.

: C$ c& T7 p0 v8 m* H. }3 QThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
! X9 B( i- q% T; Z% P  L# c8 [' N  o(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
. d8 K7 n3 I  p4 V( H(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
4 e) L( K+ W. \( x' j(e) A good team work player.

" n2 M& }' g, h; ^Interested and highly motivated candidates are welcomed to apply. Tuition will be
fully waived and a competitive stipend will be offered. Please send a complete
