申请者应满足如下条件:

b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
. t1 @/ t5 ^# _* H* Nc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
) Z3 ]& j% i) ienthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

, i' q9 x2 J& S( _( _! FThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
6 ^: W% V; t, Q8 T% S- }' F8 E2 a7 `(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
0 `2 F' P/ ?7 q1 |1 w(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
) r- z% i! v. k: y: v# Z" V7 T(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
