申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

: M2 U" U2 a' k9 S0 [+ S) r2 {4 kenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
# N8 N3 \/ H( \/ K2 s1 d, T/ Qand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
" u5 G  U9 u# \* B5 mPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
( k( P# n* v6 m' _* J% D4 z6 s(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
- }0 ~; b; W& s3 F0 j- p, F; L- P(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
$ I6 C4 `; ]# N  Y+ @' V; p8 y(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
