d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

" \6 ~' P% W: B( b$ @+ gPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
& y" I. i  [8 T* v6 land circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
9 o: [9 ~8 c% n1 L6 h(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
3 {& r! v$ E4 L' f, X- U# l8 o$ z(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
