申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
. H( C+ r9 x/ [c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

8 S: B, K$ `: _6 Q2 y5 U0 J$ QPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
6 x( V6 e$ N5 b  A- renthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
8 p) b3 i: D/ c0 W# s% }7 c, x2 pintegrated system/circuit design.

' Q7 c( i8 P1 Q& S* H0 _The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
: j+ m$ p) b. w- W(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
) g2 N2 o2 z/ ]0 x: T3 k(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
) y2 h% }7 H! X8 I# O(e) A good team work player.
