a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

( u( z1 o5 J( H) X; V) fc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

e) 有良好团队精神

( y% L7 F. d" mPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
2 y5 v7 f# Q/ `$ {, u4 M  t1 Eenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
4 w8 T3 h0 k! ~+ G0 Y  `# fand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
( Q. j0 l# P. P! W7 kPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
, H0 G% K) z) N6 w; Y( B. p7 t% t* j" Wintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
" b8 g& M% w) ^(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
9 z! q" m, l5 U& n( |) j( H/ a0 N+ Z(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
! [6 M* B0 a0 K8 J* t(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
