申请者应满足如下条件:
# V1 i9 e  P6 Sa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
( b, ~& R: c# B/ Z" v- w4 i2 ^d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems

Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital

; L/ @: h5 [5 P" h3 o(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
