申请者应满足如下条件:
# H4 f: E' e( z3 Y& ma) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
2 l4 M& U0 T4 @7 ?# P" sb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
5 {8 w7 O* D3 E7 N" e' @+ `d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

( p9 u3 E/ W2 |Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
$ Z% h- z" Z0 e( T; benthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
6 Q) I1 u5 c  u+ q4 [+ g5 K4 wPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
8 h5 F3 N) Z" [- a5 Y
4 j, Q1 B! B/ R* \The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
9 a! J7 X6 {& S& V/ ?(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
. V) {& @& @/ n1 m7 T2 J0 [, X(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
9 @; }( s9 n, o; m6 `# T/ z7 b(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
