a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
& i  v# w- @  u: D. L4 W; band circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
4 ]  s+ w8 i: u  w$ S+ s' Hintegrated system/circuit design.

; n; C8 L8 {! }- p' S& z% f8 ~The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
' o1 M* y. G8 Z. w(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
. ~/ J6 e' x: v(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
  w. c- }, P3 u4 V(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
