d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

& Z- p1 `+ V# \7 e; oPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
6 h% k3 {5 i9 F9 O3 mPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
- P: D" G; R$ Z% b4 t$ Eintegrated system/circuit design.

+ @# Q2 a0 _9 @. u% c; OThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
0 M. i% X$ n  F3 y. E(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
+ u: A2 Q! K# ]; g2 a; e1 X& E% U(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
; D1 e8 m. i+ Z4 h4 g(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
& t1 l. u; h3 V8 T9 i6 T! \(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
