b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

0 y3 t% k, V. y- yd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

$ g% q$ {8 u/ T% T  gPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
) j$ j( ~. f) u4 C$ f9 H1 Penthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
/ j/ u( c: x6 I, ]5 T(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
6 R  {* t. G8 J  o(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
