The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:

(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
! H/ m3 h# B0 J @* ^, X(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
