- G# U- d5 s; A& {8 ya) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
- _% m2 V! u- Sb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
4 n9 I* q$ ?% [# L1 Qd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
) _: Y9 p5 W7 b. ~3 {4 Fenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
9 e! o! f/ T6 V& zPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

, w7 ^" K9 r! q4 \% V( AThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
" W2 p) [& O: s5 A  L(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
- j7 l  D( L: G4 b: Q(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
3 H0 V3 w1 T( j* o& |$ p7 |0 |( g4 }# I3 E(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
