a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
# F2 ]+ }2 V1 d( ab) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
7 n. F' j! N6 [1 hand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
9 o8 v1 X: p* UPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

1 W- k; {4 c5 h3 u& tThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
" r  [" }! _- m# B1 K(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).

(e) A good team work player.
