申请者应满足如下条件:
; ^& h# b: h5 F& t: D! D4 Ka) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
2 }# O# f- v% C) u: od) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
7 B- f$ A. b% m: D2 S+ f2 C+ Pe) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
9 S! N& u7 o8 L+ N$ I7 W0 G5 ienthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
# J6 f4 c0 G( g7 h& D8 ]. TPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
% [) X( [/ r; Pintegrated system/circuit design.

3 `9 G2 s4 y) o; |2 bThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
- H) |0 H7 f* `' j9 @# P7 {) n(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
