Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
. J+ d9 S# }. i$ {7 Qenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
% v7 Y# ~5 |1 _8 i8 [; Kand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

+ F' @6 `3 Z) c' h) H$ B9 m% wThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
& N. q4 Y7 _! R$ A5 d(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
( `9 I- f7 D4 f8 Z% w(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
