a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

# f# [7 d' v/ d+ Hd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

- x# [9 p; d& Y6 }: iPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
) [% q# N$ B$ X8 r9 wenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
1 e8 _) Z9 D6 R( h! g% I- APotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
6 B# \4 Q( j( J- P3 Hintegrated system/circuit design.

' ]4 U, Z  R* Z3 z7 y+ L( _4 PThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
6 B8 o4 K* N$ g1 b& l# m" i0 _(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
