a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
  p# l1 X0 J* d2 d) K3 f' Wand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
' Y+ I+ t5 U. B  o  u; u" [5 H: \* VPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

' A+ {9 a3 [2 {! Y- J: o(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
$ B6 V- R+ W) e3 B3 S+ b/ B( J3 C# e5 [; H(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
