申请者应满足如下条件:
; H& D7 r' @! H3 T. d( Ra) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

/ m: r0 A) O' }9 G! \& yPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
/ y! L$ Y( q% Senthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

3 `" E9 t8 ^* p( C) @The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
! O$ }+ Q/ [" E& A2 I4 _(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
: Z* P! G! a5 P1 Y- ^% G$ O(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
$ ?1 U; j. \, A) z6 V(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
& d" b. W" p2 j6 ](d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
