申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
! c' X2 p; B, j+ Mb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
8 M+ s7 q, f# S, A/ ?enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
- K! `. I6 B, qPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
4 v  v# I) J2 f2 F* |7 {9 Xintegrated system/circuit design.

" b- E! N( y# f4 e# l0 S. SThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
+ l! o( L+ N* I" Q: v- b(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
