申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
3 s& q$ S; f4 G$ _* Z) ^enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
8 I& p0 ?+ `% k+ ~; M( A0 v8 iand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
# Q5 F1 C8 O+ D# bPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
' G' N, n2 _( }$ ^2 M& u+ N- O$ l(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
0 i$ J) R5 Z- j(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
' ^8 `. H, ~8 F0 w9 T; N% C(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
