申请者应满足如下条件:
6 a9 Z: i# K1 X+ T7 }a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

( h4 _2 \  b* ?enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
  N# {4 [0 c$ \" O  U$ F% uand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
& ^. P$ O; r9 X) d+ G% ]; |5 P& T0 Xintegrated system/circuit design.

  J2 O9 e4 ?& x: ^( e5 wThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
% e6 L3 s7 D7 a7 r) ^1 f4 |(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
& L8 L. |, M/ E5 y( j2 H" W0 F2 G(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
