a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
& U# ~' b5 o$ k$ ]$ @& qenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
. x/ y/ f% j) N6 Q2 u# M! K(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
5 w, R6 N0 G; {& v7 J% M# k$ k(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
1 A/ O9 q& t( e0 K1 p/ M' E7 Q1 ^(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
