申请者应满足如下条件:
1 e7 a% Z  \  ia) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
! Q6 B' P( E3 a/ \b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
8 N* ^! n3 D2 y  md) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

# F4 G9 r( N0 @/ ~enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
* y7 F2 K4 U& H( o- Gand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

/ k% Z. [* f# L* DThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
- g+ U8 h3 [. ]) @(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
4 q/ F& k" K/ K2 j5 @. H(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
