申请者应满足如下条件:
8 N* n  x* ?# o- b0 d1 [a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
' B1 {2 j9 R7 V6 Oand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
) ?7 Q4 P7 U% N* J: |, \5 qPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
& F$ D# Z5 P  b$ Nintegrated system/circuit design.

9 {* y% o: y) }3 B+ FThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
1 h: p* v. }- d# @& [(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
