c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
2 w9 i/ r8 E7 V! Fd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

# e" u* I+ y$ B# s6 q+ gPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
( F0 J. i9 Y% M) U, c* v, eenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
( A; x8 |% R. r5 \/ R- [Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
$ E" Z/ E. o! f  s+ E! F) S) ^integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
& }# O8 R8 q8 N) f: w(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
+ P8 Y4 d+ d8 D: V(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
