申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
* O( c9 v; Q, P8 K4 Qb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

6 g( P+ h2 O/ h8 ~/ Pand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
* I6 x1 n. U& X$ `# ?! x; w) GPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
2 B/ `: ]+ @+ A/ p+ n1 Y% P: P& E# tintegrated system/circuit design.

+ R# y6 D. U+ h3 c6 j; e, Z+ XThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
! L* b5 H5 N  n; y5 r5 }(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
3 W3 p" x( E  ?# k5 e* j  s4 |(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
% H  H6 K. q/ }+ ?7 {" J1 C8 @(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
