申请者应满足如下条件:
; \' Y! e4 a: Sa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
$ @& }8 `9 {9 Y* y4 J6 }4 Eenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
% Y* b% \2 H& i, h4 f$ Pand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
( P5 i9 y. s6 O$ n( y, SPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
: w5 z4 U5 p6 _' c1 Q% ?1 u(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
9 U# {$ ?) P( F3 X) q(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
) e; Z* @& m7 v$ l! X(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
