c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
1 [- h1 z- a5 r) k7 p$ aenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
8 P7 R" `$ o# Y$ C' Q/ G4 J7 ]and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

. l  ]; r% H2 Y* B6 IThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
# \+ |& e% Q4 C/ T(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
) z# `. ]3 A1 i# g(e) A good team work player.
