( t; A$ k- v* S0 L1 q/ f  `a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
' t) i) b0 Z$ D1 ib) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
3 m' I5 d+ ~7 w+ z) Y" t# e. J/ `d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

; b& A" Q: {8 bPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
( ]# n! j( Z" T7 L1 Jenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
% v" [6 w+ n* }: O& hPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
# o- D' V/ j' W+ x0 e4 r+ _0 l# q1 Lintegrated system/circuit design.

  ^& d) _6 i5 B) c" fThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
; c( a* k8 M8 e0 B(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
