c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
5 Y& ^& ?% r) ^) x1 V$ \" cand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
1 L. W' w9 ?' a# ~: j% P( VPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
- C  w. h9 J+ Q  ?integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
! F$ S# ?* ?! W(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
+ t3 n+ a. B; U, R! ]+ w# T(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
