a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
" b* _$ P1 t  O) k0 P* W, Fc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
1 l* U& o1 k9 w; Qd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

) ?6 t" u7 J7 b: O6 Kenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
  b/ |! G) D4 c7 j( {and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
2 ]( L0 O2 Q' S0 \# Y! J" P2 nPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
. C, R8 u/ z- l) Y1 |7 U(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
