a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
" {8 O3 f- c  d# Zd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

# M3 Z0 |% w8 ?  f7 XPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
' V6 d: Y/ r2 h& F" L6 Q- Q! ^% band circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
% J1 m) k6 u/ Jintegrated system/circuit design.

+ t) N4 h; i7 x' f$ P8 PThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
4 ~, K0 G1 t5 z/ N# d, E(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
! a2 {$ J9 [) S( \2 M9 B(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
4 H  H% O$ R4 M% f4 C(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
8 c: K" o. ?5 l1 _2 B% \: t(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
