c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

( E4 n0 L  N7 u# P+ w" M4 U+ ~5 lPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
( Q2 J7 G( m  W$ m$ H; }enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
2 q9 H$ ~- y5 _: v% `and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
! @3 D% a5 q4 L" b3 m8 O& nPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
7 G( G# {, U" ?, ^1 H8 N/ e8 Zintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
5 @# ]- P: s% D* @3 R(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
+ s  q# o% b7 m: P. ~+ H(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
4 w' G5 ^% r7 J(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
