a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

5 y  a- v& ?* w$ e/ I* b% o) NPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
" ~6 x. ]8 M, P) ienthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
/ x7 ^, T$ q5 `2 UPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
& W6 V' l' Z0 A, H2 W; cintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
0 b; y. Z5 x/ G; R: A" i: @( w3 Z(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
% P% l# Z1 y3 u! l7 x6 g! w(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
3 b4 b5 P, c" L2 w(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
