申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
5 R+ Z. s& {+ {& u0 Oand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
3 v' J- J! \1 W6 D2 w) zintegrated system/circuit design.
+ }) X8 j& x! X$ N/ N
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
$ O* ?* ~: n" k) \' C(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
& m* t6 j, K, o(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
