申请者应满足如下条件:
. j' Q, E0 Z) D7 ]' X4 Za) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

2 b* s9 O! @' u9 Z3 O0 p# g( `* \Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
9 M4 j0 Q8 L2 J  b2 {9 qPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
) M4 S0 ~+ n3 e/ R* O9 H' W+ j* Cintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
- X  D# E# B$ v3 J(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
: o" x1 i9 F% V(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
& J1 A2 w/ |# H. k, M. I(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
