a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
) [; l$ U- u+ B1 |  z3 ?% Kc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
& x- Z; g6 d3 re) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

1 }8 B" V) X8 B, y8 WPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
2 c, _2 ]1 E1 ]1 Y5 Fenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
4 h1 X" p5 T0 \" L0 mand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
- y& x- c7 r2 P' J( s+ g0 sPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
( z( h( ]1 l8 t1 J, R; ]& Rintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
