b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
9 Y5 E! K3 `$ U6 Y9 l8 I: T5 zd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
4 t( Y' J( k6 k2 @( f7 p* u+ Ve) 有良好团队精神

7 t. K- q1 w  X* J, FPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
! G, v4 y7 Y! Q: Wand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
) G( G  C# L4 t9 w! mintegrated system/circuit design.

2 w5 Q- L( g% lThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
