a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
' k0 U1 b6 I/ J' Wb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
  w" z9 x1 H! `% v1 `  u" m* zc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

+ r! K% J# J1 q# O, E7 \/ ?Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
0 B$ t# Q8 p& h" \* I$ uenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
! K! D+ P; O& T7 }  ?and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

4 i7 C& E: B. c! D* u# {The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
! [! K5 e1 L/ N; J( h( P( X(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
5 O1 ]) j4 M- E  w8 V(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
