申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

, h$ A% E9 E, |/ T  pPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
1 n9 z( S% p" b1 Benthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
1 S3 y9 I0 u2 N" e/ ]6 V# iPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
- \! N/ B$ N! E0 r1 E& o! Yintegrated system/circuit design.

" J8 t" C. q) A5 I( D( L5 \4 E$ B0 s) nThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
! h9 ~  k, Y( E; Y- x(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.

fully waived and a competitive stipend will be offered. Please send a complete
