a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
& C: y0 _' d! J% O( ~2 Band circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
% Z$ n0 Q% F. j8 _/ w  ], v
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
( \. S3 u: k0 S5 J) `  N(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
- K+ ?' G7 B6 {8 d- q(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
9 M; e8 K/ Z* i) R. g5 S5 C. d(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
- _2 m! q% K) v3 h9 s/ S9 F, n(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
