a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

. R2 C2 S# m. I' ?9 L* ~4 o# aPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
; |+ Z: D% L, ~& a9 r! D6 aenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
9 p8 Y# x0 F$ p: f- b7 n- {. mPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
* o+ `' h3 x+ J6 v7 |integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
5 j! ?7 X! w4 r* B(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
1 t0 f  y' L# r) n(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
