a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

* N5 S& n2 E: ~0 h: d; Y; [d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

1 s) Y% k! @, T" q0 y, EPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
' f: @: g# ], u4 t  l2 i' TPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
+ ?9 O+ a& c! q, w: l" P, U
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
* O2 P+ z. `6 N5 K(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
, l6 D+ g5 f+ ~- o(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
  I7 I7 a2 ~) ?+ k* A/ a(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
