申请者应满足如下条件:
; N, J: C- N9 `% r5 {+ fa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
8 L% f2 B, {0 G, h  m7 J& gd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
6 H3 Y2 n0 T- N  h+ y1 y- y( ne) 有良好团队精神

3 b- ]2 {: x2 T5 n, W6 menthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
6 }4 x* w8 c& T1 Y* zand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

; Q! p( _9 w* {( X8 T: bThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
& W. x$ u! P8 K( @( G2 |(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
# X4 L$ m) h' I2 f+ k$ n) N# X(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
% N1 _# M. Z# U5 B(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
