Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
* T8 V' [4 A* d, ~7 venthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
& i* W$ R) A' b, oand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
! \& A, A+ @. Q4 G+ c
/ |2 J. x7 o% W! ~The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
: ?7 J) c4 K8 X( q7 i( I(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
