申请者应满足如下条件:
' H1 k" C) c- G3 E7 _+ R1 Pa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
0 U: R: Z3 x1 z8 ]9 j. Ub) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
5 Z% e# P9 v$ `- _c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

9 `$ N) A2 m5 @8 LPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
- x: D: e1 r# M) _( M% C) Oenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
& S" C' ?: N( S6 V7 g2 g7 |) KPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
0 Q. c1 M; T7 bintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
0 F5 W% Z7 P- N. j4 j& b(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
: J$ B4 y/ F. P* b5 t3 y6 _(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
