a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
6 {8 @8 z0 @" h7 venthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
% C& |. ~" H( u) Y/ }: Q(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
. q( {% E! r( F! z* }, \(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
/ @1 w& S- ~% P. T& b4 O9 _6 f(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
1 k0 b0 ]! V- t(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
