/ ^3 |  d  U. c6 ^! ?, @a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
5 @9 `+ S& B. V! r9 Yb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
3 R3 T8 a. L) Q# Xc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

9 i* L6 G; E# y0 l% pPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
6 {4 ^3 y* F, f8 A) \enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
% s+ F! e( |2 h+ x6 x4 @0 FPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
! S0 {" j& B- g/ ~9 ~
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
+ i! z" h) o' c9 `  U0 O(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
/ A" A- X. W: N$ e(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
) ?1 S) A8 T1 x  q! f(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
