申请者应满足如下条件:
9 w! l8 O8 @. X' t) Ga) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
' \2 S4 b, e8 `b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
. ^/ \. |! W) c, S  q9 fc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
6 x  e, D# |9 [( ~1 T  P/ |+ Y- jenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
  e( ~- x* L) j+ ?  Yintegrated system/circuit design.

+ H- G) B7 j* S5 Z" dThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
2 m: b- R8 ]* `4 F6 d; m  c(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
4 @. K% X) I" C5 {(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
