The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
" v! R, [ [8 O6 h5 L( y9 U(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
! F6 S9 ?7 z3 S$ E6 I. g(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
& W( f& B! G/ v(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
9 _# b7 g% `7 f/ F& K8 S% I; B(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
