申请者应满足如下条件:
4 {) g4 M  F2 g- oa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
$ I2 V" N2 v$ V% C( n9 O% g- Eand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital

% l+ |0 k* C, k/ IThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
- S5 D+ S+ z6 a* `3 F- H(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
