The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
3 N, |* C v8 K$ u; w(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
8 Z C; _/ Y% O! r- T(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
. S6 s, l6 P) t L8 F(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
