a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
/ X- O+ e1 B/ Kenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
, l( |  N  w0 t8 e& Pand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
4 H% ]  ]& U. Y9 T/ mPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
: R) R/ |5 R( \& B& D  {# _$ uintegrated system/circuit design.

- t3 b+ |. V$ a: `* W# L4 f5 tThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
  V; H- u0 U7 w+ h" a5 A(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
. S- w3 ]" H- J6 b7 W(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
