a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

5 w4 q8 q2 H- Y4 a6 W! P7 O4 q: gPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
, C3 X$ l  z, C8 aenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
5 P* b9 s: K; \6 {% v5 H4 W- }Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
& `" h. @0 D! g4 P. r# U3 u) ^+ a(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
7 ~$ a2 Y5 E* g7 a5 ^% L(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
" j3 Q1 p- D, |9 V6 X5 g(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
