b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
' G) _  X7 P. S" U; s+ sand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

5 X9 y. B8 v% e+ W* jThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
) B, P7 f; L6 @% @(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
, U" }( B  J1 H- w(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
