a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
" c' [7 p4 R3 S& K8 j. bd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships
' s' n$ l9 ~# `1 p5 ]/ _" A% p: n' Q
Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
- h& y! f0 B8 E/ L1 Rand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
& U3 i) w+ u7 q/ |& T) pintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
! c; [; g! c6 K+ n(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
( N1 \" O& H7 d; J" w(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
& A2 g2 a3 i$ X/ ?+ \% L: u(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
