申请者应满足如下条件:
8 R% \& E5 c$ g4 m. r+ X, p) N3 F, m) Ma) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

9 v( W" ?6 S) c: M6 c% fPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
+ M4 F- c% L: Ienthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
# K# R! p: f6 x. CPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
5 n/ Y7 u; G' H1 d/ T) X) [8 Aintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
3 z* ]+ j$ c5 v. s) ?  r(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
