c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
+ O3 d9 L0 r; t% W2 Q% j6 yenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems

8 y, p  ~( b* {! HPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

! E  G" J) P. L(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
0 l1 J  _3 p* L) ?" h(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
