b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

" d+ f9 h, C, s+ m7 T- PPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
+ e% P' ]" x! e% ?, B# n3 o, aenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
/ a0 p: b6 v4 ?* `. [Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

. l$ w' w& i/ S  ^! [The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
2 y4 u+ C3 z- E3 _& p(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
