a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
- m+ O8 u! e' x7 K9 H( m  zc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
7 M) w6 Z: x  t7 id) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
% T( R* @& G5 m8 {, F$ }enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

) t* d$ T% e1 wThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
0 y0 X" w3 l  z(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
5 h- O( V& I1 v6 Z(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
% d: |2 n5 n1 ^7 D3 y; G(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
$ A' T- y' o6 m) U+ Q' N(e) A good team work player.
