申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
, C$ p! l! N! ^/ ~enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
& O+ Y' ], w% j- {Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
2 W* _0 |9 S/ f- m* Mintegrated system/circuit design.

& Q1 w& x: }' U: f4 t+ f% }The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
8 @4 ^, D' v8 n$ g+ j4 F(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
: T: u4 h2 {" A) w; y" A# X(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
