c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

+ c1 M* f5 m9 |, D& @, iPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
6 p* x# U3 Q2 R/ Y5 T8 XPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
& B7 D4 C$ U  y; _: Dintegrated system/circuit design.
* x! g( \: I7 {; M  k* o/ C
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
- t6 Y3 h; A9 Z3 \(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
! r- y& I0 P$ e(e) A good team work player.
