申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
5 q, X% B# B9 V) K- K% L, ^b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
. |1 x( k  a" X! mc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
# H5 s7 o8 M$ P4 Xand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
" A& Q6 w' R1 \Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
- O  d& F: O8 ]1 Z' w4 l
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
