a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
; d2 ?. T0 D% e# D, L; yc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
6 T& O- @5 g/ S1 l; V+ R2 v7 fd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

2 F2 u; i* ]  ~$ k5 R3 SPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
; w' D8 G0 A* A% B8 i. Wand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
3 _$ Z+ P3 _0 t" m& q& Nintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
3 I2 }% p  V, \2 _(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
3 j3 q8 k  s1 V; T& e(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
( b1 m5 N( }, I. M2 j' Z(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
) b' ?* H. S" M' r' p) s(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
