7 G" {8 _" b9 ua) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
7 |' }& V2 W# F" U+ Zd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
& J6 g/ X& G. A, De) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
' h/ e. u6 a. benthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
* q3 [6 H2 Y3 \% E& G/ ^integrated system/circuit design.

0 @! A1 [  Z1 B- f( |The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
* ^+ ~& w& y+ `; P5 C5 j) k. F(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
  ^' ?) n! r  E1 F3 h- h. J(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
