申请者应满足如下条件:
6 B+ m3 j6 I$ a4 k$ t/ t8 O7 z+ ea) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

( X* p3 o. m5 C+ d( g$ w& _Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
+ W% E! n9 _3 @' b$ @6 v' M7 xenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
9 h- h/ W+ C4 R( r! Dintegrated system/circuit design.

6 ]/ h; z/ c6 v4 ~  cThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
' |& N, T! m  K- f  z(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
