1 x4 }! G) B1 D' qa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

& q( i! O" [, t7 M+ `Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
4 W: P* D* l) k( A' C% N* y0 XPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
# }1 P5 B# I. `4 vintegrated system/circuit design.

+ J4 z0 J$ Q4 L! r3 t- CThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
4 `6 T' ^; k" D1 L/ K# z0 I! s(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
4 W0 O) a: l* c, ~, [; G(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
2 w1 d1 e2 D; }0 }6 P(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
