a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
2 ^5 f9 o! S. G& Z' R* Yc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
5 |) x. _4 m% X2 d1 U/ Z# E' C" }; zenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
! E. K8 R5 @8 |1 _1 D9 ]and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
* i/ G2 g' M" E0 g5 x) ^/ iPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

2 k) `7 S/ m$ x" t8 |The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
8 ?( u( C. \# `(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
4 v- G8 f( k0 @2 k) S- S(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
7 H) N3 r- W) K" x0 G+ `$ ](c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
  U! u8 e. U9 R(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
