- t+ P+ L/ k: z& Q* Yb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
* k5 k8 U8 J9 x+ L% X- T! r6 x! x7 D7 a' vc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

; `( e( F) @0 sPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
; H6 ]' N3 R$ D2 r, t( O* Senthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
* c7 z1 \( I5 i, O3 ?: V$ C9 KPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
5 J6 T& H8 p2 g) Z2 o(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
8 n2 U; v. a' u# D- [7 H: Y(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
