申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
+ |( }8 V9 N0 y5 rc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
: N) R+ L5 F& }: ]enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

5 e) t2 V/ W& h. z: z9 V% vThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
/ t# a5 D4 }/ h$ [(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
4 p0 {* P' B0 I& V+ {4 ?. ]' g(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
; W  [: T6 D: _) C(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
