申请者应满足如下条件:
* q5 @2 O+ \4 w- |; w" Ya) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

  u. K5 W. M+ p1 g) d) Y  |3 G7 KPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
. o  P1 Y  A% t% F! D+ aPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
% A" }. T$ z2 T* x9 ~* J(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
  i7 @: S5 D2 ^. m- \% F! z' v(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
