Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
) q( j5 ?4 _/ S( s' g# X4 Senthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
0 C7 a8 Y. |  F6 H* t# e/ I# w1 Land circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

/ Q9 u7 w( i( V7 n4 e+ g$ WThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
! ~; s6 Z" l% r0 ^$ z3 c- ?6 \(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
