# J/ I- ^2 Z0 P' k3 FPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
" h# A, _$ {" `8 v0 C/ f  `enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
8 _, w. a' Q- m/ l7 ^! @Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
* F* j; I3 y3 Y; l! s" v% A1 i6 ointegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
