Graduate Fellowships

4 ^; C3 p9 W0 x2 N( }/ ^Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
5 ~; |+ Z0 T+ U5 Uenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
" Z' V( L' A: J. @% V; N$ S* K1 iintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
; ]- Z' l" ^& z' U/ R. n' J(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
8 l6 q5 Q) X. u; h4 C(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
0 A1 I' `3 S; V, `+ `6 z(e) A good team work player.
