房价，一声叹息！

房价涨到现在这个样子，可谓对edmonton有百害而无一益。
3 I9 O# T, x6 S$ [6 g% j& P2 R1，市政府原本指望靠石油经济带动社会生产力全面发展，可是由于房价过高引发的生活和生产成本飙升，使得服务业和其他制造业支付更高的成本，丧失了市场竞争力。
2，高房价导致移民数量减少。我们城市的移民主要来自萨省和马尼托巴省，这两个地方的房价都是全国比较低的。设想到这里找个工作，要支付多两倍的房价，很多人止步了。也有回流的。
, Q1 b7 u# m: l9 U9 Q1 h/ H; \2 s3，这里的建房标准本来就很低，比起安大略省要落后很多年呢，房价一涨，更无法提高建房标准了，连防火层都没有，难怪一烧一大片呢。
4，买了房的，大部分是自住，升值跟您的关系就是多负地税，和由高房价引发的高生活成本。如果您暗自庆幸自己的住房子涨了，那心态和我刚买了空调，天天盼着热一样。。。倒头来知道点钱和空调的折旧都是自己负担的。
$ @( Z# I3 H3 r8 R  I5，打算买房的，（基本都是正在工作的，社会劳动力的骨干力量）只能多负担，或者推迟购买。

one thing we are missing here is:
For those who have the house. The price goes up, they can get more line of credit out of their house.
With that money, they can invest. for example, buy another house/condo, and rent it.
( t% A7 W/ s  @  P, yAlso, the higher the oil price, the higher salary you will get next year.
1 C% f6 Z- [* Q# ^% `One statistics shows Edmontonian will get 5.6% raise next year.
I don't see what is the harm do to those who have house.

1, your line of crdit is higher, but the house you are going to invest is also higher, it is propotioned, the only thing real increaed is "risk" brought by high price.
& Q. Y/ I* _2 r" {* m1 o2, If you invest other industrial, for sure that high cost will weaken competitive.

there is n't any invest without risk in the world.
there, we talk about housing price, we focus on the event, but not people. Try to keep a health mood, whatever you are richer or poor than others, whatever own or not own a house, whatever a big or small house.....

I heard the similar tones a lot one year ago. I remember there are more supporters then. Now, those supporters either have bought the house or too regret to post here. Do not try to tell people what the house owner feels. It doesn't make any sense. Try to tell people how you feel. When friends get together, those with house will tell you the real story, those without house just keep quite. Don't believe me? try go to a party.

If you have owned house for 10 years or above, you will know house is not like AC.
AC will deprice, house will not.
