EDMONTON - A woman was killed Monday when the truck she was driving turned over and crushed her beneath its roof.

The woman was driving a gravel truck two kilometres north of Westlock when it veered off the road. The truck rolled across Highway 44, trapping and crushing the woman in the cab.$ _# f7 [; s/ s" j' H0 |

Audrey Wiedrick, 57, from Westlock, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to RCMP. She was not wearing a seat belt.
?9 f" F4 n% Z. F! m( P) `! N( nWiedrick worked for Alberta Highway Services and was hauling a water tank and asphalt packer when the accident occurred, said Jason Maloney, spokesman for the Alberta occupational health and safety office.% u: C$ c( m. P

It is not known what caused the woman to drive the truck off the road. Occupational health and safety and the RCMP are investigating.- t/ D- I7 V7 R5 `: s, W8 M
