9 N) ^& F3 q8 ~5 yEDMONTON - A woman was killed Monday when the truck she was driving turned over and crushed her beneath its roof.

* R" o6 m7 g% g3 u. T& w1 RThe woman was driving a gravel truck two kilometres north of Westlock when it veered off the road. The truck rolled across Highway 44, trapping and crushing the woman in the cab.

# v" t0 c9 Q0 @4 m+ eAudrey Wiedrick, 57, from Westlock, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to RCMP. She was not wearing a seat belt.
9 `& g3 ?; K/ ~2 yWiedrick worked for Alberta Highway Services and was hauling a water tank and asphalt packer when the accident occurred, said Jason Maloney, spokesman for the Alberta occupational health and safety office.

"The truck is considered a workplace, that was the driver's workplace," Maloney said, explaining why they are investigating.
