Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will

regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed

Y8 G% G# D6 p1 TIt's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.
