Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will9 m; [1 \! A; }. C# v9 H0 ]+ R4 @
say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't8 a% d8 Q# g: b9 @4 }" G& x
regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

/ J' e2 L9 K0 Q8 rThe Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
4 y5 o) Y5 ?: p5 G, \+ sattacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed
7 R p2 @) A; S4 I* y7 i, U+ Ua big reduction in h.air loss.

It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

strange, but I use this on the days I don't use Nizoral.

bottle in front of me, but at worse, it's a good shampoo. At best,5 i% J* x$ \# ~) j. C
it helps you stop losing more h.air. I alternate between this

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job: J9 a4 ?4 c; k
where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,* u9 B. o6 y! i/ s6 k
there's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so
+ f# V7 f, k8 i: J/ x9 gaggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs
