1 J& {+ e1 b4 y' d ~" uSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 9 t- Z% |: H- i; c y7 _* d) h
of Course Pack production.% W0 V% f2 @4 B+ N( L
+ m' P! r5 s7 R/ s3 e) _8 b, A4 SDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
8 @5 |6 u& k1 B; ^- ~1 p, T2 ?1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ' Q0 u# \% [$ k5 r7 b* i- |* o
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
3 \# h( [ u0 ]* U( g5 L( f: ?" ?1 D1 r
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including + G- |. F% [+ J- E K! r, C4 g6 \
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
5 e5 A" }2 O" K. j4 U; {% f9 e9 C/ B. H& i
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
9 A3 D+ r Z5 Y8 S5 X3 acourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and # a5 K% n C) r* N+ C" o: {6 d
keeping appropriate and accurate records.; m1 c% q7 [% o: y

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 7 H; n+ `3 c' p/ y) \. @& h
failures to the Operations Manager.

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
