Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
4 k7 _2 {5 @$ t; rof Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:/ o! [0 M* |) f" z: Q: b1 B* z: U' X
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
; i# @7 g H8 `; g; Fof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing. n9 y y* T1 ?1 p1 g5 n
2 O- N5 \9 j% z, g, l# s6 i0 [$ T
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 8 a2 B9 p; T2 K1 m. R3 V6 K; I
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
. W' \4 S M5 N" ]+ {* L. F/ u9 h& u7 }" }; L% I+ g
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ! I/ y( S/ E2 f, G$ F4 i
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
, n0 q! n, ^( [$ gkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 4 E$ S5 P v7 |: H6 H( V
failures to the Operations Manager.

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

7) To perform other job related duties as necessary.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
4 E9 R1 o, A9 ^- }2 i2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication 4 R& M3 z9 \5 B' c! o8 Y* m# }. B
skills.; f) E% d2 k; Y, Q4 [! M
+ B/ X0 i& v; [# ^8 y k8 }3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
