JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
+ R/ P& f3 k) s0 A+ A' z+ HSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical ' Q' Z1 w/ j4 h$ y. _7 Q
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects : O0 n# P! ~$ r$ F6 R6 x
of Course Pack production.

7 ]" d5 a+ y3 h& x9 I F9 A ^DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1 l' D, c" Q9 h0 B
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
) U! e8 X- y; ?( jof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
1 u1 U+ j- q$ E; b# z2 I; t$ h/ l& C, G: F! ?1 f
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including ) i- |) i2 Z! u: y" |1 K* j
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
# E; Y W3 U! w! X" i0 K+ s3 G# m ] X* |' b$ j
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
* b! @/ V. n! S- zcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
- L1 f% T* X8 m1 a1 Fkeeping appropriate and accurate records.5 o4 e) A/ D; a+ h( K; ^
+ I: q! y) D) }! g4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
; B5 K; ^# n7 d9 ifailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 1 p2 J' \; u* Y3 E% S' _+ r" j

QUALIFICATIONS:

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication # @0 ~; l7 f" V: i( ?" y* I

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.0 K4 e" W2 e; M4 q

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
