JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-

Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects . L- s: v a& u! `) Z
of Course Pack production.

" D; e7 W) I2 IDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:, M- Z: x) ^1 d2 b! v
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
( y2 E: ~" O8 X Vof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

# r9 Y7 k5 R, R; K2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
5 d4 S8 h2 ~7 A( R3 qprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ' t5 R, m6 l, g* v. ?0 D, B0 L
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

3 ~) ~4 @& y) g9 X0 w0 T4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
* D2 r+ o" G/ l5 mfailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:* S. P5 E4 Z2 o% U6 }( ^# p
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
: B! P6 `+ ?5 y! H2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication ) G$ g6 Q, E8 j. u9 s; i6 L
skills.% Y/ k# T9 ^, C, P$ p1 Y
' g; O8 y0 Y8 { f* N. o3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.6 }" z# u; I( W: t; _
! C, c& l5 V7 X% w$ X" f& z4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
