% k7 y% u C e9 h8 zSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
; ] g4 l( m4 V4 F1 Uof Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:0 S9 F6 l6 [' _7 @, K" F
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ; n+ |5 h+ a$ V; O( `) @" q
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing. b) G$ s! u) k- a
( M5 q/ W7 k* d6 U2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including % C1 r6 R5 f' t1 R/ C# M9 i
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.& A# } X6 m1 H* ], v% B% T9 E
0 ]8 ]! {+ s- r3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
+ M2 E" g. G- [5 ~- N, ucourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and , K! c, t: w Y3 d
keeping appropriate and accurate records.+ x! x$ n v) p; B4 w1 Z
% J i( ? y+ _7 v4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
' m# p- [: m6 {0 Jfailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
