其实看银行是对的,因为银行掌握着所有人的经济情况,大概银行看到还没买房的大多现在也买不起了;而投资的能投的大致也都投了,所以银行为了降低自己的风险——升息了。

Tim Horton's! I bought some THI stock. % l* S: u$ ^9 c9 }Mark my words, it will out perform the real estate in the long term. But of course, stock investment is not for the feint of heart.
