扫盲问题--油为什么价低？

各位大仙长篇大论看的我实在头晕，实在外行啊。只是还有个挺弱的问题想问下，既然输油管有问题，油运到亚洲价格不合适，那为啥中国还对加拿大的石油公司感兴趣呢？

the price realized at stay at $100 at least, thats at least $22 per BOE
