one more question, do they limit the time for sending out the passport? within how many days? I doubt I will receive it when I am on holidays....

They recommended mine to be sent out by 9.1 2010 to avoid any delay in processing, but i guess it would be ok if it has to take longer for u to send out

Toronto那边确实可以提前体检，有好多人这么干，有FN就行。听说过最快的一个case因为提前体检，从寄出材料到PPR只有两个月。

但这事取决于医生，屯子里的医生都不行
