大家觉得建筑商要价是不是有点高？2500尺，58万？再就是建筑商的建筑质量大家是怎样看得？有没有朋友买的他们的房子？请讲讲看法吧！

pacesetter 感觉比较差。IMO而已。
% U, X( G; R: ]/ J( C3 V请大家上BBB网站，我知道pacesetter 的投诉比较多，RATE较差，其他二家我没有查过。

其实大家的房子有没有HRV系统的？主人房没有洗手间大家怎么看法

漏水的现象我没遇到过，如果我是你的话，我不会担心这个问题。呵呵。

What I was trying to say is I DO NOT BELIEVE THE BBB RATINGS; even those being rated DO NOT really care, too.
