* l% z( w4 V+ e2 b( i+ Jlentil在印度餐里广泛应用,主要是做豆汤,看上去更像我们的豆粥。但是为什么说是汤呢?因为里面还有一些印度佐料,包括籽然。所以我们中国人可能喝起来很怪,因为我们喝粥通常没有佐料的。其实,这种反中国传统的饮食还很多,比如玉米面和洋葱一起做羹,都很可能不讨中国人的好。但是喝习惯了,也就慢慢体会出一点美味。这就是口味的培养吧。其实我真的觉得,如果大家对饮食多尝试,会更容易进入健康的生活,因为毕竟我们中国人的菜用油过多。
