This allows you to track the delivery and return of your passports.

please provide us with the complete name, address and telephone number of a relative, 3 K- W" T! Y7 X- F! v) ]6 ~+ W
unpaid representative or an authorized representative in Canada or the USA to whom we can send your passports.
5 `& \4 w7 c" _# i: P. WIf your address is in the USA, we encourage you to have your passports returned using the United States Postal Service's premium Express Mail service.

* Provide a self addressed, prepaid, flat rate 9" x 12" USPS Express Mail envelope (no smaller).

If your address is in Canada, we encourage you to have your passports returned using Canada Post's premium National Xpresspost service.; W$ {. D$ c2 X5 c: M/ x
* Purchase a 24 x 32 cm prepaid National Xpresspost envelope at any Canada Post retail outlet (no smaller).
% L3 _& v8 f" o: D" p * Be sure to purchase the Xpresspost - Canada (not Xpresspost - USA) envelope. Taking advantage of our proximity to the Canadian border, we will make arrangements 8 I/ O1 @0 X( M' ^' _3 d

* Complete the mailing label showing your full mailing address in both the "Deliver To" and the "Return Address" field.

Our office is not liable for lost or stolen passports. Passports sent to us by mail cannot be picked up in person. |
