IBM t-60 or t-61 would be the best. And they are not very expensive. My T-60 has a lot of useful fancy features that you will not see on other laptops.

But the support from IBM is not the best. I called technical support a couple times. The IT support guys from india are not good at trouble shooting at all. I felt really bad about it. If you are lucky and have some for Canada or US to help you, it might be a different story.
