请教:townhouse如果不交Condo费，Condo管理会有多少办法来应对?

If the Board has not acted against this owner, the rest of the owners can collectively ask the Board to resign and select a new Board. Someone has to coordinate all these events and be ready to step up to sit on the Board. Not a job most people want to take on, particularly if you have a full-time job.
