Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th); B" s1 W. z0 {
5 g, m5 Y# w: [1 m* H% t3) So So: Magrath etc.& p6 I: S# O1 t
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)+ [4 I) ~: x- v- |
Major roads on 2 sides6 |6 i; M X4 U5 w F4 `5 s
) o& V; J; z8 o. C* O L0 }
4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge ! n8 F" f/ ` ]) H3 EMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course. A% O! O5 T$ l! H% I7 x
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.- ^' B' D4 J8 s U: L, h& O9 K. f* [
2 ]8 F3 a* H1 W5) Best: Windermere Ridge: A2 s6 Q/ c7 N
Same as 4. 5 E! N5 y- R7 i3 h6 Q7 k1 ?+ b0 h
+ all in one cul-de-sac M& C" ]" \" ^! Z
+ DC1/DC2 zoning - C# q* m. T& |' K+ No condo in view

It's a deal (of about $100k in 2 years, assuming the entire market is flat) to build there.
