' n8 w( _. H3 {. uMajor roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

3) So So:  Magrath etc.
: J- c) r- R8 EMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides

0 X' B$ |  A! V8 n: z4 C4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
" y8 \0 Y+ v5 n: V5 fMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
3 h9 U% N6 `) D0 W: KNo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

( c  I8 ~3 E- g- r5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
+ DC1/DC2 zoning
