This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods:

1) Worst: Cameron Heights

9 Q; _) s% M7 \0 a! f) H% k2 M9 U2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)
$ e! V4 P8 p; x1 p
3) So So:  Magrath etc.
5 U) I$ [$ R1 Z9 J6 g! B1 EMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides
" Q+ u: Z  F+ g# K$ B. B! B
" o9 E; E9 w) F( C5 f  o4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
5 h; a9 W. o0 c& bMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
3 M8 m% M% r2 ?No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
0 P7 n4 _6 l3 i9 U% S+ DC1/DC2 zoning
% O) X, S8 {9 l; b" g- I; ^+ No condo in view
