well, as for my opinion for the nuclear power, it will play a increasingly important role in our life but it will definitely be in the mainstream energy sector. Oil and gas is and will be the No. 1 because your car cannot run on any renewable energy or nuclear power. Likewise nuclear submariner cannot run on oil and gas. Personally speaking, the preference in oil and gas will benefit our economy especially alberta. I am "lucky" to chose oil and gas for my career, as my dean says "all the signs indicate the economy will be booming in alberta", timely with war and fail of nuclear.

1,煤炭行业和核能行业的共性。比如说两者都能发电(两者其它不相同的地方,不太好比较。各有利弊,无法权衡。比如说北方农村冬天用煤取暖,但总不能用核能取暖吧?),然后应该从单位发电量死伤人数上对比,或者从每个死伤人可以发多少电。假设:中国的煤炭行业死伤了1万,产生了1万亿度电,但核电死伤了1个人,但只生产了1亿度电。这不基本一样吗!? + s$ t: n& b) X) V- z5 E# A' Y, n9 X! B# z
2, 煤炭工业不是只为热电服务。应该找出中国的煤炭产量具体多少比例给热电了。然后得出热电部分的死伤人数进行比较才对。为了全面比较,还应该加上为热电服务的煤炭开采,运输,废物处理,热电本身的死伤人数。同样,核电也应该加上核原料开采,加工,运输,核废料处理过程中产生的死伤人数。 F* }' f: i, |# D2 @# S
