True. Even if they don't, as long as they don't raise the price for low bandwidth users, I am OK with it.

我们现在水电都是按照使用量收费，也没见人反对，一定要改成包月收费，流量收费有其合理性，只是我们还不习惯。其实是否按流量收费不是关键，关键是价格制定是否合理。
