guided by our long-standing policies of encouraging competition and
) C( r: l# j! B2 s( U8 rinvestment, increasing consumer choice, minimizing regulation and allowing

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has. K* i: J; n( [# U
chosen to examine these concerns that the government shares with a large% f5 s, l' a# Y7 V

line with the best interests of Canadian consumers and encourages
