楼主疏忽一个基本主要问题，加拿大是一个成熟市场“什么价钱什么货”！你付出低价钱当然得到低质量的服务啦，这是天经地义的事，埋怨不得任何人。

I totally agree with you. 加拿大是一个成熟市场“什么价钱什么货”！You got what you paid.

The price I got from The Tire Warehouse by phone (which I asked for both tires and rims) was only $100 less than I got from other stores for the same things. However, the result was that I paid $100 more than the price I got from other store.

The purpose I wrote this post is sharing my 教训和失误, 给后来者为鉴.  
If talking about 埋怨, I only can 埋怨 myself. That’s because
) M+ e2 Z& Z2 Q, j8 L1 D3 V- G1．        我应该要书面报价并仔细检查内容和价格。
2．        我应该接受朋友的教训。
