再打个比方,烟熏生三文鱼,经过处理后,虽然质地口感和生鱼很相像,但是这时候已经是熟肉了。和三文鱼刺身是不同的概念。
这草又种上了,不过得过一年再说,到时候有问题再请教,但是有一点中国人的熏肉都会再做一下,像炒炒或者炖炖什么的,这个肉会不会拉肚子,一直不知道这里的牛肉干是生的,能给扫扫盲吗?就是你说得cure在这里到底 ...( e0 [! b* g: o& Y& g" i. @3 h
