建议还是不放鸡蛋!建议不用instant yeast改用superstore的fresh yeast!$1.59/pound 0 @9 C( l& ]- z' t# b' _ U+ I
我用的是superstore的fresh yeast, 用面包机和面---千万注意:面包机和面用的水比用手和面的水少,我也没什么量,反正是面多了加水,水多了加面,总之能够团成团就好。yeast的量也没什么标准,放少了的话,发酵时间就长点,放多了的话时间就短。$ L, f6 j8 ^7 ?& ]& [. p

Wate tempeature should be the same as your body temperature, means it is about 36~38 degree. You can test it by using your figures. Please remeber do not olny use cold water and hot water. 9 I$ f7 c' \9 | s
# j ]8 P# i/ b2 I) R& C$ [- VUsually I prepare a big bowl, mix hot water and cold water to adjust water temperature(you can use only milk instead of water, same mathod), then put yeast in water, add a tea spool sugar. Wait until yeast melt. So you can start to make dough.
