那偶就教你吧。偶不用多10%的额外费用,我只是雇了5个民工替我排队罢了,你算算用了多少费用?你怎么就那么肯定说我必须要用10%的费用(30万?funny!)?所以我也没有什么特殊的关系或者有超常的power.* @! N( H* h9 r, `) e' Y4 Z- Z

As the market heated up, as you said, when 5000 people line up for 100 apartments. Your 5 民工 would have no better chance than the 5 民工 of another buyer.

Yep. You know what, in Edmonton, there are lots of people winning lottery at $4M each this year. Seriously, there are 13 of them. You might as well stop wasting your time in real estate and start buying lottery tickets.

You can keep daydreaming. But real estate can't increase at a pace of 100% per year even in Beijing. For the past 10 years, it went up 10 folds. So the increase is about 2% per month, or 26% per year, as I mentioned.
