那偶就教你吧。偶不用多10%的额外费用,我只是雇了5个民工替我排队罢了,你算算用了多少费用?你怎么就那么肯定说我必须要用10%的费用(30万?funny!)?所以我也没有什么特殊的关系或者有超常的power.

You are contradicting yourself here. You can hire a low wage person to line up for you. But so can other buyers.2 y2 V1 R3 M( v

You can keep daydreaming. But real estate can't increase at a pace of 100% per year even in Beijing. For the past 10 years, it went up 10 folds. So the increase is about 2% per month, or 26% per year, as I mentioned.
