You are contradicting yourself here. You can hire a low wage person to line up for you. But so can other buyers.

As the market heated up, as you said, when 5000 people line up for 100 apartments. Your 5 民工 would have no better chance than the 5 民工 of another buyer.

Yep. You know what, in Edmonton, there are lots of people winning lottery at $4M each this year. Seriously, there are 13 of them. You might as well stop wasting your time in real estate and start buying lottery tickets.

You can keep daydreaming. But real estate can't increase at a pace of 100% per year even in Beijing. For the past 10 years, it went up 10 folds. So the increase is about 2% per month, or 26% per year, as I mentioned.) h9 m! x( A" d. r, v, f' N& p1 b
