Yep. You know what, in Edmonton, there are lots of people winning lottery at $4M each this year. Seriously, there are 13 of them. You might as well stop wasting your time in real estate and start buying lottery tickets.& w! m' ~9 e+ C5 d$ m

You can keep daydreaming. But real estate can't increase at a pace of 100% per year even in Beijing. For the past 10 years, it went up 10 folds. So the increase is about 2% per month, or 26% per year, as I mentioned.+ r! q& z1 \: _5 T
