Those who has been here for a long time said in early 90s, when the oil price dropped too low, the oil companies laid off the contractors first, then their own full-time employees. ) Q8 K4 h; D* I; N9 k7 Q% p $ }% D6 U0 `% b0 L( H" vI hope it won't happnen this time, but who knows?
