天寒地冻，财政赤字，FUNDING取消。想登陆埃德蒙顿的还是要考虑清楚。
所说的5月份会不会有FUNDING要等，明说了吧，FUNDING不会有了，至少在这几年内。
政府财政有盈余才会有资金提供FUNDING,现在省政府大批裁员， ...

根本不是那回事，政府根本不管，只要申请上了，政府不会要求这些，只要你的成绩不要太差不要缺课太多就没事

1 Y: X# b, R8 w$ R4 y可以直接说你有急事要回国，或者其他原因，反正就是不得不马上停上的的事，要是想要再回去上你要给学校出示一个证明证明你是因为什么事停上的
