Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:) }' @/ t; |, `( P1 x! p
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 1 ?' L& j8 v* E; W, N Q( k, a; Q' O
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
: c; c9 D2 J& w3 T: F/ A) \9 I4 c# C j/ \( \+ X0 L3 k
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including * [4 n3 U& n7 U2 X! U! C
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.3 X7 n1 {7 P9 e2 \: Y& @) R
. z% V# |) q( C2 c; K# D' O
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 5 R2 I0 A* x$ o( E; ~+ [
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and : W/ q o: g/ u# _5 K3 F2 Y
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment : e, ?! Q* c- T* L3 J; q0 L0 T

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
