JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- 0 ]9 F7 T& V# \+ \- C
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical " _6 ?3 |! t4 Z% G% a9 C
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ; p z( ~7 z @7 E( M5 }; U, K
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
' X2 m, o4 |# W, m1 i% v' ~$ t, z1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
7 l7 v5 T, V: Q3 O. W9 nof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
$ k' O; P% |! o3 V+ e1 n$ w# O- ?" p
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including * i5 v8 p5 T. `! ~ r( [, {( K2 N
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting., ] V+ }. K9 J7 [& B
: o( S1 `* B0 Z3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of . @4 x$ O& H: ^! B! ]+ v( A
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and $ K. B' f' J0 A0 K
keeping appropriate and accurate records.3 \& T% V7 Y2 z/ p$ A$ `% E2 D
9 f0 e# {0 _9 n$ v2 T4 \4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:

skills.
