SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical : Z% a# T a) o# l+ D
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects " {1 q6 L3 V* S
of Course Pack production.8 N5 v8 u0 h) V, m0 Y
* R, C( {/ i$ r) V! UDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
9 j9 h1 u/ ~9 J1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
4 y. [8 S8 o: N f7 a) Rof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.+ a! r% ?" k! v/ U1 z( k: u' ]

2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 0 l' w7 B' H2 G6 J* P8 q1 t
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.6 V6 D% h8 z3 O$ e* v$ ~

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ' \6 K8 \% y. r* F2 P
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
& B9 c) m, x$ K$ ufailures to the Operations Manager.9 Y& ~ N/ ~$ i" }) Q& ^
! a3 G# V3 A2 ?5 Z% n5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

$ q& C- v# R7 s- M% ~1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
0 Q- M5 N# E& O1 C2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

# w7 U9 Q) [3 I" }& _' Q
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.5 o4 x+ [! L6 U1 C
