group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a

. }% N  B+ I, S. I' F) N5 jAs Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
* n0 B6 V$ c8 \2 }+ ?assessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
- d, h9 K( x& _% paddressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
' w3 j  G1 s  ]+ N6 G! ?% qprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
3 h- `, C. d/ \" h& rassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

* G0 E3 t; D5 ^+ oAs a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

( k6 [; ^+ V' _* b# n8 OQualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
! @1 D! ^$ X4 D# ^* ?; m4 u0 {: \supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
