5 @- x0 l+ t. D) o" s. ~/ Rassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
# E! T+ T7 K  `/ |4 kprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
0 l3 \: \5 A6 y. q0 }/ w. msupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
