As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
0 D4 P' t! B$ q" Rassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
: _8 D' S3 f/ y! C# F9 wgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
! s/ P( N9 A. i$ cassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
: l# c( l' f. [3 ?work within the TRA Division.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
