Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
2 s/ C- p9 N. r6 M9 A. Gexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
& W/ F! k! o8 Q7 \, V5 Acoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.


9 z! U/ [/ C1 ?9 ^3 oYou get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
; q  A; l  r4 }: B2 K  q! c7 m. aservice orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other

- a% K2 X) U2 H* p9 t1 bconsulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
