Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
  t* r' A, l  T1 ^/ gexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
$ a2 Y0 \  H/ Z4 Y; bcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
  K. y4 S, G& Ojob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

service orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
; Z3 B" [6 L+ H* V9 }consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
unionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
