Currently the fix rate is 5.99%
' M' E) D/ E  r- }' |" Ethe variable rate is Primary - 0.75%, that is 5.25 now.
' n3 q3 N% a" d' z. Z) d. H) oI do not know if I should use fix rate or variable rate .
