Currently the fix rate is 5.99%
" Z4 z0 ~5 X  a3 |: s2 Rthe variable rate is Primary - 0.75%, that is 5.25 now.
I do not know if I should use fix rate or variable rate .

定期按揭利率取决于债券殖率。 极难预测。换言之，如果有人能正确预测，买卖债券期货，可发大财。

# @) L/ r9 E2 b3 t! a5-year-fix rate mortage does not requrie you to pay all the mortgage in full in 5 years. Only the interest rate is fixed in 5 years. You can choose the term as 25 years or 40 years.
