Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the/ }: e' m5 i' x. U( l* U1 O. d

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and$ p0 K1 z2 j+ B/ x9 \- C8 f
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
( C" g% r+ L9 Hprep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.. f f3 s. x: O: L* M3 P- F
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
* ^+ y" E8 k3 u# {) e; y8 Aartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.$ g: i+ I2 p8 M8 E7 x' ~8 U( V
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
4 |$ f b9 i/ ?visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the. ?$ c! T, ^8 Y, }: r9 S& m# S6 ~
recyclables.
9 o8 b: L `7 K8 ~& d- @& SFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be2 ?' k) ^' ^$ b- G* s6 i4 J
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
' x* }: c8 f# p- O: \Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing! ~- ?& _4 ]% c1 \- h8 u8 q# S
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
5 P" K* J% c9 b6 ]hours are part of this crew’s duties.

: K0 Z3 h" W5 j" W3 v8 i$ s7 wfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide5 \8 M' D$ l; v I4 a4 j
programs to visitors to the festival.
# N l. r% U8 c) pKids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
: p4 k4 Z0 |$ h7 L Eeveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.5 D* e. z# R) n S4 M) b% L
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
. G' u! y5 n/ n, }events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the% m7 z: c `! I8 c) o2 Q) ^ _
festival.
4 C/ K3 X) F; e4 `4 ~' r$ ^0 SSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is$ m2 S3 z, w. s0 \9 x7 P! U
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you+ Z7 s2 b5 F9 H3 a
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.) _$ C& k, r$ |1 }( `% t' v
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training" ], m0 K4 _8 K c& ] `
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.6 d$ `: V' J% e5 W& r% u6 p8 ?
Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be Z) s! V, U0 u- U- m
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
8 W+ P* }& c" K: Y& ?( b& Wairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival( o3 E; I, C1 C P8 c. e
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
