Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
, D+ H; |0 k" I2 Swork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft. \) q% l) ~& [6 a
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.4 ^# r- t; _7 Z( B; e7 B1 W* I. g
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
$ G l3 ]3 Y( Y! O& w/ z/ }# j% Yartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
2 L2 U& C- h5 a3 f9 DEnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for! P. @) T* p+ z! `7 K+ [
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the
; D% f8 D H( ]recyclables.
% x, V) K+ B% Y' nFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
f1 e% H7 b7 d( T% S3 P/ gpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
& m+ x; Y( P. o3 v( rHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
; J V: C3 H% t* T) Bthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
( V9 e1 I( Z% f' [8 x1 [8 r9 t8 l; khours are part of this crew’s duties.
4 ^; t- A& `1 C' FInformation: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
0 ?0 j6 [/ r9 _3 jfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
# z$ ], ?1 c& U2 R' u$ Iprograms to visitors to the festival.
9 Q2 j- x. {7 u: c' VKids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
% d( L/ z2 |" B& z# M# j7 geveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
$ H1 S9 g3 {( |9 N5 K& K% m% g/ hOffice: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
' M1 a4 y2 E+ |# f. s7 jevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the! H1 ]4 s; A) H
festival.
& T: U. ? }: B( H$ ^Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is5 d9 \0 u; k7 h3 L( h) Q" V
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
; e6 h& w1 G% B4 @are physically fit and ready for any emergency.
. Z; w; v. c+ l" b; r3 d2 z2 sStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
% Z0 u/ W: I- Kand/or understanding of back stage procedures.! I' K: |' Q0 j9 O
Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be# a: ?/ k r; h1 h
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
* E8 E& i4 D I: K3 }! Y8 Gairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival( ?" f, }. S, Y
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
