Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the7 w T2 J# M* Q3 |2 {

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and6 x2 P! p$ X' p3 d( H0 p, m: e
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft0 q: s( D+ u8 S( x1 W$ s4 C, i. O
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.6 X- U7 w, N8 o0 M5 K9 p! b+ X9 a
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the+ z: e7 _' E# j* F) V' l
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
6 `$ O3 G4 i8 V7 a3 BEnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
{: Y8 v0 p( `$ p( @visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the

Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
g9 F$ U8 o l' q7 \7 n w# }, lpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
$ o2 \) E }( }Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing) x- d# X, j1 ^
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late3 Y# S1 |; N5 q2 K* C+ r5 j
hours are part of this crew’s duties.4 Z1 \5 `6 k' {. ]6 x7 R
Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the! M7 J$ `0 p4 j! j- r
festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide: R8 b4 q) ^* s$ F/ h [& h! Y& k
programs to visitors to the festival.
/ s: }5 ]. J* u9 bKids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for% D$ V6 Q' R4 s* E) O# C
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.) n' L* k. d7 f
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
) @6 d/ ^* z* n/ ~* D, devents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the' n3 Y( ?1 A% w- H
festival., n% W+ |+ A- M, |- ~" H/ k, q$ I7 {
Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
, d! X+ H k* f$ }5 Y. g$ Loperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you9 s& L* g: Z& i# ]2 Q e
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.6 I- Q$ N' ^; O$ H- C
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training7 z9 I C# U# o7 w6 z8 ~3 B4 r+ ?' O
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
/ L: T$ l" y9 qTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
3 i! {" u O! V6 ~/ z) S1 hrequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
7 H; H$ o/ s9 K4 n% \* {. }6 iairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival9 c; T8 n5 O. e6 ^! j5 p9 T
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
