Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

6 x4 V: B2 P0 `! o+ ?8 OBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
, S3 R4 m6 u+ Mwork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
4 q) U+ {; i1 k+ Z# F/ V! ^prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
6 A# R. U) a2 Z! z6 {7 Q1 ]+ A8 `2 FChalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the: [' b1 `8 u( s2 D; F" B
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.2 j2 r/ e' O* w8 V! l
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for# ^& p1 q% y* g. i+ W8 b
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the
. B; H2 V3 T: d1 c3 P& D7 E4 [8 L7 @recyclables.9 L4 ^% M1 f7 b6 L) x
Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be* N" t9 D! ~$ c8 r" _ V
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
4 a" t C3 x3 [. `& w1 zHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing3 e* [! g. |+ k0 h$ N
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late9 G8 T4 B" Y" Q6 P+ `
hours are part of this crew’s duties.
$ {7 X+ b, j( n2 `$ m" q! kInformation: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the( W: ?% Y' t+ N5 [0 V
festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
; `1 D' Y" S" Wprograms to visitors to the festival.' x# n! h/ H$ C
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
9 ?) |- T- W& z% yeveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
, w# ?, u7 X) @9 v& j& oOffice: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
9 |7 x0 c9 Y$ j+ |events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the

" a* l2 }2 N$ p- j% ]8 L4 l6 e! lSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
" ]+ K- X; ?/ \7 D, z) e1 o4 i% Loperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you/ w8 R5 `; G3 f& }1 O0 O/ c( q! ^
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.. |# u4 j# X7 V! l+ K+ w( Y
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training/ {. N, ?) F& W9 ?9 B r! b
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
/ W" t6 n& p( R, E; `5 @3 Q; wTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be) l, y* i9 d5 w4 p* m! e5 w& \9 T
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
9 ~# O7 @* _* T/ z' Mairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
% ~3 ~ `+ m0 e9 F5 nstaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
