Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

2 I0 B# g( O+ ^4 ^6 ?( i( SDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

; X. |; r7 M, w* M' s8 G1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

# ^" G, }: b2 b" x/ U2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
; k  G9 h- q1 B4 R- [5 \
& U+ B$ k! {$ F! B/ P, B3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

" D$ m5 n* R2 S; q7 C1 |: w& r4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
7 K3 D% Q: C7 \, E% l* E1 K1 Jshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

, |9 w" V. Y! N1 Y2) Previous experience with food inventories.

: x7 \. ]/ I" I9 l+ l' a4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

3 w, q+ O0 Z/ {; [5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
