JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

' k5 g8 \4 U; d$ ^; x2 X1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
% t# Z& S5 G* {7 h4 u+ e
9 ?4 w% l8 V7 D3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
6 _) J* X' `6 T3 q9 BCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
! V* u1 L! N6 ]! O
) z9 w" M; z& [/ O0 Z4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
' D& l' r, `2 u) T" U8 i9 _' O
+ E, O7 N% N' d5 Z* ~4 J, u" P5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
4 T( n" H+ d. ^+ l( q
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
% |$ C% X, c! Y) y
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
6 z0 M* o) A, A9 J+ VManager.

4 y  I" Y' Z$ m6 ]6 n: F. d3 JQUALIFICATIONS;

" F; q- G0 B; Y  o+ B! o1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
* M. ]3 U- w" T* {. |( ~4 U
% z3 Y$ B) j3 M) U/ m2) Previous experience with food inventories.

. n9 b9 Z; j% m. y  y# a4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
7 Z* z  C, {. E8 k" C* Z
5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
