/ F1 c0 \/ x$ h, @0 d) Z4 iOperations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
0 R  Z; R0 C- u+ ?9 ?effective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

; y: J, w* G8 a* E' Y, |; s% fDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
0 @  D3 m0 ~- q; |$ H1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail in the training of part time staff
& a% @9 {# ]% I: I
$ f( a' z  ~. {) f2 t% W' l; P2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured
; Z1 I/ s$ r, _3 R+ W
/ p. i8 a, t- I9 i4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
5 Y, {( ]) f0 S* n1 Q- ovarious shifts as per store hours

5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
0 O0 ~( q6 n: {7 yorders for external custom order clients

6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
4 j% A' ?, q% X/ l9 i; v! X- K* d1 lcounts

/ u$ b, ~7 u! z* Z9 @- e/ T4 E" w; u7)             Provide a high level of customer service
) l* o  m) \' L) A8 T4 B
2 n/ b& i" o/ V5 c  G7 N/ o7 @) H8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
date with regards to consignment data

9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
SUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
Operations Manager-Retail

QUALIFICATIONS;
1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent
/ P( p2 G, G' w- D0 W
) B! K9 z+ B5 B2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

" k6 v. G  N/ J3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

$ c% @5 `3 a" g! [+ r4)             Strong organizational skills
5 s: S( H0 N8 s& P; Z9 @
3 d$ }9 p' R9 k1 V8 {% w1 r! f5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to  
detail

! x; }. ]! ~, o! o. E& ?+ g9 C- |6)             Knowledge of computer operations

4 l3 }  |4 Q) ^3 d5 X! |' L+ N7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a
