4 }2 k- ]+ F% UOperations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
effective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
" }' }: n; F2 a  M5 E1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
1 Z' b" d3 T" _4 ?3 o% f+ }Retail in the training of part time staff

( m4 ^$ d. P/ v( H# ?8 c7 a2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
8 p/ S' v5 T# ]7 G' Mensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

: t, w& Z  C, l) T2 K; W3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

& V+ f& H4 A+ Q% {% z! F) I: y4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
. j" O. H. Z1 O8 w5 v) j) z, ]1 X8 ovarious shifts as per store hours

5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
. a8 O* |' T6 A' q/ E7 z  N3 xorders for external custom order clients

8 m2 d' ?7 h% Y) Z6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
counts

7)             Provide a high level of customer service

8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
! v7 m, x! Q6 m5 j) p' ]" Ydate with regards to consignment data

% o0 ~" a- N5 g9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
* Q* f+ @$ Z1 f- @; k( _* YSUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
Operations Manager-Retail

QUALIFICATIONS;
  l3 I- b1 _# C# H! }  F) x1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent
8 h" K+ p3 R' Q1 L, m' l. w
2)             Post secondary education would be an asset
1 Y  o2 @$ |) T! M
3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

4)             Strong organizational skills

2 S: p6 b/ ?* K; u3 U8 U5 I5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to  
detail

& |7 N! b. }" j1 W2 l5 k: n6)             Knowledge of computer operations

7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a

8)             Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and

9)             Experience in handling cash
