/ N8 ^# ~" W  J- G$ WJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

9 [1 |! z/ h7 d( ]9 E6 GDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
* k4 {$ @- l! |7 k; f+ cfood in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.

- [; d( \( Y- L: i. B7 \; a4 c2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
- ]2 ?+ W1 H7 \( aclients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
- V8 y1 B+ l7 x* B/ `
3 P$ a& _2 U  x+ X% v3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.
& |4 g" W5 H( m# q; F* n9 O9 r3 ~3 Q
" k9 V, f  W: W+ `$ b4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
0 J+ {% }- _  p8 J. |' d  W6 N+ pwork rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
& H  z9 _# U2 c, T0 v7 Roperating hours.

( L2 p% ]* z# c5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior

/ ]7 y5 `. O4 pQUALIFICATIONS;
( `# P. ?9 |' x* W6 N% v  r2 _9 s7 R7 L1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
' m$ a/ D" p, v4 Rfood handling and storage techniques.

; z! |4 U3 Y8 P2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

3) Cashier experience.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
) ?  P1 a9 H; n3 l
5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

& Q- X- K, g4 f3 r3 F; @8 y. O6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
