Council in the manner set out in the Council Administration Committee

1) To run the elections as per Bylaws 2000

2) To run referenda/plebiscites as per Bylaw 2000.! ~6 ~1 g( h$ h B. K- s7 M) ~8 w
- G, J- V I' I: F4 G2 r3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.

6) To report the result of an election/referendum to the appropriate

To enforce budgetary regulations as stipulated in the Elections ' L2 W V0 |% ^8 v, B6 [& K

minimum of four (4) working hours a day, between Monday to Friday, / N3 j: k M; I2 g2 D
from the first working day after nominations close until the last day

11) To act as the arbitrator in any dispute which may arise during
% L* D8 I$ f7 `( \( h2 pthe course of an election/referendum.

12) To ensure that a cost effective and accurate ballot counting 9 ?6 l1 n+ U- {& F& b# Y7 ]( ~* u7 @

13) To submit to Students' Council, prior to April 30, a final report

15) Perform other job related duties as required by the Council

QUALIFICATIONS:

: ~, S4 l/ x4 K2 K* L1) Must be an undergrad student registered in at least one (1) course
$ G% Z3 L. x3 X. Ifor each of the terms of Winter Session and shall be a full Students'
. {, v( j3 ^, v% X8 a% KUnion member.

2) Must have some experience in student elections.

3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or
# z, K( ~/ Y8 x7 \. q! m8 Tany of its standing boards, committees, or any other paid position & g; j; s4 F* t7 o% ~. _
with the Students' Union.4 K1 `# }( s6 p" w9 B; i2 I
( j% D( K) P9 }0 R. }4) Willingness and ability to work varying hours.
