. N0 i/ l) p  i( d$ hJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
# o: _! p/ v: R+ m1 h2 S) e  T(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
' Y9 p4 R# C4 A  ?) Bpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

2 Q# f1 b9 t' k1 B, O4 \3 GDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

) C: M! ~  E( t2 |% ]7 y0 V: `6 ^2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
" w% n" v3 c8 {' Q( Q" j: [
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
; `. S" Y, c( e. Iof garbage.
* B8 J. k6 v, C+ W0 d
4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
& u1 R+ C$ g4 j, sconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
6 K3 l. o$ i* M1 LManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

7 {% j2 B' _) I! r3 ~+ kQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
1 l% a# T3 d4 j: \7 e& Q
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
' h5 Z; G( n$ ]" e0 c$ b; [of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
1 O: A, c9 P6 L4 Scalmly under extremely stressful conditions.
3 C) w) }8 S5 [, g" f  O" `
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

, Z% y7 b1 s9 E5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
" O6 o, q1 g3 k( npublic.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities
